Travis POV
Past
"I'm back!" I call as I take my shoes off at the front door
I head up stairs to throw my school stuff into Taylor and my room. I open the door to see Taylor sitting on the ground with a book in front of her,she looked like she's was about to pass out at any moment. She looked up and me and smiled a tired smile.
"Welcome back Travis."she mumbles
Taylor pushed herself up,wobbling on her feet, it was then that I noticed her cheeks where slightly flushed.
"Are you feeling alright."I ask
"Yeah,I'm fine."she says before she started to fall forward.
I rush forward catching her in my arms,she was burning up. I help her to her bed and then rushed down stairs to tell mom. Once mom had checked Taylor's temperature.
"She has a bit of a fever."mom mumbled."How come I didn't notice this morning."
"Mommy..."Taylor murmured in her sleep
"Travis,I know you may not want to but I would like you to sleep in the spare room for the time being,I don't want you to get sick."mom says
I nod as I walk out of the room. I hope Taylor's Ok,I don't want anything to happen to her.
Travis/Taylor's moms POV
Why is he affected her now,I though I got them away from him in time. She's just a child,my child, I won't let him got a grasp on her,I won't let him touch her. Travis seems to be fine-
My eyes widen,I was about to leave the room when I felt something grab ahold of my heart.
"There fine."a deep voice said
No one was in the room beside me and Taylor.
"Do not worry about a thing,daddy will take care of them."
I collapsed to the ground gripping my shirt in my hands.
"T-Tra-vis!"I Whisper
Then everything went black.
