Part 8: movie night

Stiles's P.O.V

After we left the hotel, we drove back to my place, and what I mean by 'we' is Me, Derek, Scott, Kira, Liam and Hayden.

"It's 1pm right now. Do you guys want to do a movie marathon?" I ask.

"Yes!" They all said.

"I'll order the pizza!" Scott said. "And I'll make the popcorn."Liam said.

We sat Down on the sofa while we waited for the pizza and Liam to make the popcorn.

"What movie should we watch first ?" I ask, grabbing the remote from the arm rest.

"I think we should watch the office first." Scott says. Everyone else agreed

"The Office it is." I say, searching for it.

Liam came into the living room with two bowls full of popcorn. He place them down onto the table in front of us

We all sat down together and watched the film.

Half way through watching I move closer to Derek, who was sitting to the left of me, and I lay my head on his shoulder.

He didn't really react, instead he pulled his arm out of the tight gap between our bodies and wrapped it around my torso, bringing me closer to his body.

He felt warm. The scent of his deodorant filling up my nose, he smelt good.

My eyes started to close and I started to drift off to sleep with Dereks arm protectively around me.

Rays of light fill my eyes as I open them slightly. I sat up slightly and turned to the left of me.

Derek was still asleep, his head slightly hanging off the back of the sofa, with his mouth slightly open with the sound of his soft breathing. I smiled slightly.

I stood up and glanced around the room. It seemed like everyone had gone home. The bowls from last night were also gone, someone must've cleaned up.

I walked to the kitchen and saw Scott cleaning up the bowls from last night.

"Thanks for cleaning up. You didn't have to." I say.

Scott looked over his shoulder and smiled at me.

I walk over to the cupboards of cereals and pull out a box of Cookie Crisp.

"So, you and Derek huh ?" Scott says next to him with a grin.

I could feel my face heat up.

"What about us?" I ask, pretending to not know what he's talking about.

"C'mon, you should know! You guys were cuddling on the sofa, it's obvious you guys are something. So, what happened in the hotel ?" Scott asked, sliding over to me whilst resting one elbow on the side next to him and his other hand on his hip.

"Uhh...." I felt my face heat up a bit. "Don't tell him I said this but when we were speaking at the hotel we kinda... kissed, but nothing really happened after that."

"You guys aren't even dating yet !? Go and ask him !" Scott exclaims.

"But what if he doesn't actually love me? What if he rejects me?" I ask

Scott facepalms himself.

"You guys literally announced your love for each other, why the fuck would he reject you?" I shrug.

"I'll ask him when he wakes up." I say whilst turning my head and looking at Derek sleeping on the sofa.

2021 edit: lmao why are people still reading this? Anyways I appreciate it a lot but I really don't ship sterek anymore so I won't be posting anymore chapters (even tho I was half way through writing one so maybe I'll finish it?) but 13 year old me would be happy to see how many people have read this lmao
But I'm 17 now, and I am happy about it, but looking back at this fic it's pretty cringe because I didn't know how to write at all-

I haven't uploaded a chapter to this in a long time. I kinda forgot about this book until I saw it was trending #1 on sterekfanfic !!

Also, it's almost Christmas so merry Christmas !! I hope you all have an amazing Christmas and a happy new year into the new decade !!

Idk when the next chapter will be out but if I'm bothered to write one I'll do it. I also don't know where I'm going with this book, just gonna see where it all leads to lmao
