You're out on the ocean, your sails are furled. The Sun is beating down hotly and there's a gentle, cooling breeze, tugging at your clothing and playing with your hair.
Suddenly you feel a thud and mild tingling sensation, pins, and needles all over your body. Knowing that your vessel is stationary, or at least it ought to be, you decide to investigate and as you peer over the starboard side, your eyes go wide as you find yourself looking at what you can only assume is the Lost City Of Atlantis.
Write a FLASH FICTION in [1000 words] from the perspective of your favourite character, musician, artist, person or thing.
This contest entries will be judged so make it as excellent a story as we know you can!
The winning entry, as judged by the Fanfic team, will feature in an as-yet-unnamed anthology on our profile, meaning there's every chance it will be read by each and every one of our followers!

Your story must be suitable for everyone (PG13) and a new story, not one you have previously written. It can be a new part of an existing collection.
The closing date for this challenge is November 27th, 2017.
