Chapter 2

Michael's Thoughts: I can't believe I'm really expelled. I didn't do anything wrong though. One day I swear I'm gonna make them regret it. I hate them and that school. I wonder how this morning is going to be though. To be honest, I am not dealing with anybody's mouth today. I was just expelled and forced to leave my bestfriend and my girlfriend so at this point anyone can get aired out. Man I really don't want to open my eyes but it's Saturday so I do plan on seeing James and Ranae today. Ughhhhh. Okay. Time to get up.

As Michael begins to wake up he slowly opens his eyes. When he opens his eyes he is looking up at the ceiling. When he is finally awake fully he realizes that nothing is below him. He turns his body around and sees that he is 10 feet above his bed. He screams really loudly as he falls back to his bed. After hearing the scream, His mom and dad come rushing upstairs to his room.

Mom: "What's wrong we heard you scream."

Dad: "Are you okay? Is someone here? Why did you scream?"

Michael: " I know this is going to sound crazy but I was just floating above my bed. I swear it."

Dad: "You're crazy. And here I am thinking that you are in pain"

Michael: "But dad I'm serious."

Dad: "It's time to eat."

Both Michael's mom and dad walk out with doubt and concern.

"Do you believe him at all?" The mom says to the dad as they walk downstairs.

"No, not at all. He is going crazy," the dad replys.

"You know what, you're right. There is no way that he could have been floating in mid air. It's impossible."

Michael gets up to take a shower. When he gets out he goes back in his room to get dressed. He keeps thinking about it because he can't just push this off like he did last night.

He walks downstairs to eat breakfast and he is shocked. It is oddly quiet at the table. Either his parents think that he is really crazy or they still aren't in the mood since he was expelled. His bet is on the first choice.

Michael: "Well, breakfast was good but I'm about to head over to the library to meet up with James and Ranae."

Mom: "Ummm where are you going."

Michael: "I'm going to the library. To meet up with James and Ranae."

Dad: "No you're not. You are grounded for being expelled."

Michael: "It wasn't even my fault. Patrick started the fight for pouring my food on me."

Dad: "That's not what the dean said."

Michael chuckles at what his dad says then walks out the door anyways.

"What is wrong with him?" his mom says as she shakes her head.

Michael finally gets to the library to meet up with Ranae and James. When they spot him they are really shocked that he came. They greet him and give him a hug then give him a seat.

Ranae: "Oh my gosh I thought you would have been grounded. How are you even here?"

Michael:"Oh no I'm supposed to be grounded but I just don't care. It wasn't my fault that I was expelled and until they realize it I will go against everything they say."

James: "Ha haaa! Now that's a backbone."

Michael: "Anyways. I have to tell you guys something. And please when I tell you, you have to believe me."

Both James and Ranae: "Okay"

Michael: "So this morning when I woke up, I found myself levitating over my bed."

As Michael tells Ranae and James, they both laugh like he is crazy.

James: "Bro, I want to believe you but it's physically impossible. No one has the ability to levitate."

Michael: "But it makes sense. Last night I somehow threw something across my room."

Ranae: "How?"

Michael: "I honestly don't know. My mom was yelling at me and I got very irritated and when I thought about it, it just....happened."

James: "Wait, so you're telling me that you have telekinesis."

Michael: "I guess."

James: "Well from what I'm hearing, it gets triggered by emotion."

While they all keep talking about what is going on with Michael, Patrick and his posse walk in the library. James and Patrick lock eyes and Patrick walks over to them. Once he gets to them, all he does is cause trouble.

Patrick: "Ohh look, it's the fool and his friends."

Michael: "Oh come on Patrick, not now. I'm really not in the mood."

Patrick: "Awww what's wrong you scared."

Michael: "I said don't do it."

Patrick: "And are you gonna stop me?"

As Michael ignores him, Patrick messes with Michael even more. He starts hitting him over and over and over again.

Michael: "Stop."

Patrick: "Make me."

Michael: "Stop"

Patrick: "Make me."

Michael: "Stop!"

Patrick: "Make.....me."

Michael: "I....SAID.....STOP!!"

Once Michael screamed for the final time he then gets up and turns towards Patrick. Patrick just laughs until Michael used his ability to lift him and his posse up. He keeps them in the air for about two seconds then drops them. In shock, Patrick threatens to call the police as he and his posse run out of the library.

Michael then turns to Ranae and James and sees their faces. Patrick wasn't the only one in shock.

Michael: "We need to go."

They all listen to him, pack up their stuff, and run out the back out the library.

James: "Come on! My house is closer!"

They all then run to James's house and go straight to his room where they talk about what just happened.
