Jack when he was talking about being single. Everybody thought that you and Jack were dating but you were just friends. You were constantly at Jack's house meaning that you were in most of his Snapchat/ Instagram stories and vlogs. This made people suspicious of you two being together and although you had told them multiple times fans still thought that you were dating. In a video Jack addressed this again making people think that you were doing what Zalfie did and you would announce it.
"I'm painfully single guys. I mean - it hurts. But myself and Y/N are NOT together and will not be getting together, Y/N is my best friend hence why Y/N is always in vlogs and stories. We are not dating okay?"
