Smiley has woken up on a very strange place, what will await for her?

Smiley had finished dinner and was ready to go to bed, she only needed one more thing, and that was to write on her diary her daily entry, tonight's was written like this:

Dear diary
As for today, nothing has happened. Ever since the principal closed the school I haven't been able to find interest in anything since my only interest was studying to get a perfect future for me and my beloved.
I still haven't had any contact with any of my school friends, and I miss talking to Phil, we are such great friends I wouldn't want to lose him now.
As she finished her entry, the diary soaked a tear that came from Smiley's cheek, she cleaned her tearful cheeks with a tissue and went to bed.

Still being sad, she went to bed hugging a plushie hoping with just one phrase in her mind:
"Tomorrow is better day"
Smiley slowly closed her eyes and fell asleep in a matter of minutes.
It was then when she woke up in the middle of what it seemed a cave or a tunnel.

There was a very cold atmosphere and she was feeling chills down her spine.
-He...Hello? Somebody?- Smiley said afraid of being alone.
She rested her back on one of the pillars and hugged her shoulders looking at both sides, hoping for someone to appear.
After some time, she couldn't take it anymore and decided to explore around herself.
The cave was extremely dark and she could barely see anything, it was then when she found what it seemed to be a flashlight, but the end front was an entire bulb and there was no on/off switch.

Smiley took the flashlight anyway and kept going forward.
While walking through the cave, she noticed some of the of the stalagcites were dripping what looked like blood but she kept that thought away and hoped that it wasn't.
-Hello? Hellooo?- She said from time to time hoping for an answer.
On the way walking, Smiley was disgusted and terrified by looking at the scene of what it used to be an alive person headless being eaten by maggots.

She gagged a couple times and ran as far as she wouldn't be able to see that horrifying scene again
Desperate, Smiley yelled one last "Hello" to which she was answered by a male voice.
-Smiley?- The man said.
-Hello?! Is somebody there?- Smiley said excited.
-Yes, Smiley, it's me, Phil- He said
-Oh my god Phil, where are you?- She asked
-Keep going forward, I'm trapped and I need help- Phil said
-Alright- Smiley said
After running for a couple of minutes, Smiley found Phil trying to lift a very big rock that had caught his left leg.
