Drama Club (Jake English X Reader)

Act 1: I Love Play Rehearsal

//Note: this takes place in high school if that wasn't obvious also this is a Girl Reader X Jake sowwy//

Jake's POV

Dirk managed to get me to go into our schools Drama Club. Today was our fist after school meeting...and he didn't show up, but I noticed the new girl. She seemed pretty shy and sat away from everyone else, she was extremely nervous, and probably wouldn't interact with many people, but yet, like me, she seemed to be expecting to see someone else there.

Your POV

So far school has been...ok to say the least, I've only been here a week and no one talks to me...except this guy named Dirk, he was actually the one who convinced me to join Drama. I walked in and sat down away from everyone else and just was looking around, waiting for Dirk. I noticed another guy staring at me, but whenever our eyes met he looked away....

Jake's POV

I kinda stared at her...I mean....she was H O T! with her (H/L) (H/C) hair, her (E/C) eyes and her (S/C) skin. She was just wearing a cute knit sweater, jeans, and (F/C) sneakers, but she made the look WORK! She also had on a bit of subtle makeup which was the perfect touch. The Drama director started the meeting and asked her to come closer so she could be apart of the group, and guess who she sat next to. ME!!

Your POV

The Drama director made me move closer to everyone, so I sat next to the guy staring at me, I could see a slightly shocked look on his face, I payed attention but I could feel him watching me, which made me a bit uncomfortable. I shifted in my seat as the director said they were going to be introducing themselves and telling everyone about themselves. They started us off

"My name is Mr.Khaki, I am your Drama, Chorus, and Music teacher. I enjoy the preforming arts and hope all of you will to."

Jake's POV

I somehow managed to not laugh with most of the people as he said his name, but he started to go around the circle and people introduced themselves, then he got to her

"M-My name is (Y/N)...and I'm new here....I love the preforming arts...especially s-sing and dancing...."

(Y/N) That name made my heart skip a beat, it was the most beautiful name  I had ever heard, I got so lost I almost forgot it was my turn but I snapped out of it just in time

"MY name is Jake English! and I love Guns!"

Most people laugh, which is what I was going for...but I hear (Y/N) laugh, which....I'll admit, made me blush a tiiiiiiiny bit.

Your POV

I was giggling when Jake introduced himself, his accent made it even funnier. When we all calm down I look at him, and he looks at me, we awkwardly smile, but I look into his eyes...and...start to get lost in them...he was one of the most attractive men I could've dreamed of. SNAP OUT OF IT (Y/N)!!! I'm here to study not...dream....over...really hot guys.....
