1. The Selected are not allowed to quit the Selection and leave the palace without being dismissed by the prince.
2. The Selected are not to enter rooms or go to areas that are off limits in the castle or the surrounding area.
3. The Selected are not to break any basic Alesna laws. Doing so will result in the normal punishment as well as potential expulsion.
4. The Selected are not allowed to have a romantic relationship with anyone other than the Prince.
5. The Selected and their family will all be elevated to a 3 if they are selected, unless they are already a 3 or they are a 2. 2s will stay the same.
6. The Selected will receive a certain sum of money during their time at the palace. When they are asked to leave, they will enter their new life as a 3 (if they are not already a 3 or 2) with their family alongside them and they will have a good life.
7. The Selected are not to lay hands on one another or hurt each other in any physical way.
8. The Selected are not allowed to steal things from the palace or from one of the other Selected.
9. The Selected are not to leave the castle grounds unless under dangerous circumstances or if accompanied by a royal family member.
10. Once there are 10 girls left, those Selected will be elevated to the status of Elite.
11. When it comes down to the final girl, she will become the prince's wife and future queen.
