"No, I'm not going to play along with whatever he is up to" as I said I pointed at him that was standing at the door looking awarded and confused.

"I'm sorry" he stuttered "I didn't mean to cause problems" he looked around nervously "I think I should go, before I cause more issues" with that he turned on his heel and left the room very quickly as I finally could breathe again

"Annie, what is wrong with you that boy did nothing to deserve the way you treated him" she looked at me disappointed "he didn't have to help the day of the accident, he also didn't have to stay until we showed up and told us what happened" she started walking away "I expect the next time you see that boy you apologies for your behavior, are we clear" I nodded, and with that she walked out

I watched as she walked out the room rolling my eyes at her if she really thought I was going to apologies to that monster that is trying to make me look crazy. I sat on the edge of the bed as my dad came into the room with a big smile on his face.

"So I saw Lucas leaving, he seems like a good kid, are you ready to get going home"

"Yeah, I can't wait to get out of here and sleep in my bed again" he grabbed my bag and draped his arm over my shoulder and gave me a half hug

"So what did you think of Lucas?" he said as we walked down the hall

"His name is Luke and I am not playing along with whatever this okay" he looked at me confused, but didn't press the subject, as everyone was quiet the entire trip home

One week later

I sat bored in my house, watching TV with Benny who wasn't even really watching it, but could not change his channel or he would throw a fit. My mother was running around the kitchen as she was always cooking scenes I came home. I became as bored and lonely as the only thing I looked forward to was my daily gossip from Macy, about this new boyfriend she has. I hardly went out the house unless I'm being forced to go see 'Vanessa' my therapist that I saw very day for an hour, which was like hitting my head against a brick wall.

"Annie, can you run to the store and get me some things" I rolled my eyes

"Sure, I'm taking your car scenes mine is gone" I tried to say it sarcastically, but she didn't realize or didn't care

"Okay, then here are the keys, money and the list of things I need, please be quick about it and do be careful" she said nervously, "I don't think I can handle going thought that again" I rolled my eyes

I decide I was going to go with my lazy outfit, which was basically in a pair of basketball shorts, a spaghetti step short that had a built-in bra for really lazy days when I don't even feel like wearing a bra. I pulled my hair into a messy high pony and slipped sandal on as I grabbed the list and stuff along with some sunglasses. I got in, and that's when I noticed something, I was not afraid to drive, I remember the first time I was in an accident and was  scared to drive the next time. But there was nothing, but the pure boredom that my life had come to. I go to the store about five minutes later, and looked at the list as it was basically everything that you could think of in the store. I rolled my eyes and grabbed a cart and started up and down the aisle as I checked off items on the list. I was in the last aisle as I was getting hygiene product for everyone in the house as it seems, when out of the corner of my eye I see someone walking down the aisle. I instantly move the cart over for other people to get by.

"Hey Annie, how are you" I looked up to see Luke standing with a soda in his hand smiling at me

"I'm fine, you?" I said in a skeptical voice, as I watched him with questioning eyes

"I'm okay, just came here with my girl to get some things for camping this weekend" my heart actually fell as he said those words

"That sounds fun" I said avoiding looking at him any longer, as the word 'my girl' reputed in my head
