Floweheart - the third version

Chapter one ~ Characters

A/N: heyyyyyyyyy folks, you might've read the description of this but if you happened to not read it, TL:DR real quick this is the third/fourth time rewriting this because I lose inspiration or get new inspiration. This new version will have TONS of backstory as to give a little more context as to why our MC Alexandra is chosen, and will also have blurbs of flashback dreams to explain what happens in the over and underworld when ya gurl discovers her power. The love plot is based on Eros and Psyches story that you can find explained in a link to a genius youtube video and frankly an entire great channel in the description of this story. Please watch it, it's very important for you to understand that story in at least the most basic understanding!

Um, I hope I will actually have some interest in this story, since I do have free time on my hands *sort of* since I'm moving houses and well school is kicking my ass AND I'm looking for a job :))))))) so I hope you like this tiny backstory that i manage to shit out

Flowerheart is based on the goddess of protection and nurture Artemis. Also, PS: all this historic bullshit is way too much for me to do actual research on, but I will read basic info so I won't get /everything/ wrong at the very least, and names will be thrown in there becAUSE MYTHOLOGI AMIRITE

any greek translations will be by help of google and we all know that story... heh

Let's start with some character introduction! There's two main characters to introduce, by that I mean looks, personality, a short story paragraph of their current situation and parental lineage, and then I will briefly mention a few side-kick characters, then I will explain the backstory of why Alexandra is chosen as the new vessel for Flowerheart and why it is called Flowerheart. I'll try to make it ... Reasonable... Yeah. Let's go!

Character introduction.

Alexandra Smith - first name meaning Protector of Humanity
22
Chest-length, platinum blonde hair.
Green eyes (that mysteriously gets a yellow glow when she gets worked up)
Fair skin
Petite build, 5"3 (ca

In the mortal world, Alexandra is a lonely 22-year-old with major trust issues and no family, which is why she has adopted the Smith last name. A basically unknown bartender, she has managed to situate herself in a small town in Maine, USA. Also in the mortal world, Alexandra was given up for adoption as a newborn and her parents were never known to her, nor did she ever get a permanent home which warranted her obvious trust issues. 

Now, Flowerheart, her goddess counterpart, is the soul of Princess Alexandra who lived at around 455 b.o.t (before our time) and died at the young age of 19. Now, as I mentioned, I am basing Flowerheart's story upon Psyche, the love interest in the myth about Eros (god of love, son of Aphrodite) so her story begins as the princess of Athens, Alexandra. Due to her father's reign, Alexandra is very lonely, but also insanely beautiful. 
If you were so kind as to watch the video beforehand, you'll already know but if you for some reason couldn't be arsed or if the video was too fast-paced (i admit, it is fast), Aphrodite is jealous of Alexandra, tries to kill her, and her baby boy Eros (called Luca in this story cus i like the name) falls deeply madly in love with her (Eros is also the deep deep passionate love or sexual attraction to ones partner). She does kill her, but Alexandra is revived and the story of Flowerheart starts here.

After Alexandra is revived, she becomes an immortal goddess partly responsible for protecting earth, and when little old Kronos tries to fight his way back to the throne, she is murdered. Her soul takes many a years to come back, leaving poor Luca (Eros) alone for like, an eternity. Her name describes her heart and lungs, which are made of flowers and her immediate veins surrounding her respiratory system is made of birch branches, purely for aesthetic me thinks. Her powers - given to her by Zeus through some ambrosia, turns out to be healing and an insanely OP sword that she fights with, and she is now considered to be the unofficial child of the goddess of nurture and protection, Artemis. When we meet her again, her soul has chosen a new vessel - the young female protagonist character we know now as Alexandra (which, in an almost ironic way, was the name of the original vessel that Luca fell in love with. Go figure.)

Luca
Hundreds of years old, but his current vessel is/was 23.
Short, white hair.
Light blue eyes, almost white, that changes into a deep purple when provoked or worked up. 
VERY fair skin, almost transparent
Athletic build, stands at an amazing 6"3 (ca 190.5 cm)

Luca is the son of Aphrodite. An incredibly beautiful man, but little is known about him. His only noticeable act is being born and falling in love with a mortal woman who was turned into the deity Louloúdi-Kardiá - Flowerheart.

Dawn and Dusk

Like Luca, these two twin deities are hundreds of years old
Dawn, the one who holds control of daylight, have long, fluffy, curly blonde hair with fair, glowing skin, warming brown eyes. White winged.
Dusk, the one who holds control of the night, have short, black, curly hair with pale skin, sunken features but still attractive and cold, black eyes. Black winged.

Argo
so he's like 50 or smtn but he looks like he's 19
Satyr, meaning half man half goat
He has tan skin, dark brown, curly hair and hazel eyes. The fur on his legs are the same dark brown as his hair.

Argo was born in the overworld by his satyr parents, along with his twin brother Gregory. Argo is a flirtatious devil, constantly trying to get him some tAIL

i'm not funny but he's a pretty shallow guy. or IS he
