hello,

i didnt know you,
i did want to, but i am not the type to make an effort.
you responded to something i said, asking if i would listen.
i, myself was feeling like garbage at the moment, but i wanted to help someone out,
i needed a reason.
you, my love, my dear, my baby,
are the reason.
when you are feeling down, you know im here..which is amazing for me.
"are you here?"
you asked me,
"for real? to stay?"
i just smiled nervously,
knowing you'd probably leave before me..
I didnt say anything about that though,
But i did respond with..
"I have no where else I'd rather be,"
And that was the truth.
