'No thanks' Buffy replied staring blankly at the wall while sitting down on one of the kitchen stools.

'Are you okay Buff?' Willow asked

'What yeah aha!' Buffy laughed trying to ignore the fact that she was upset.

'What did Giles want?' Buffy asked

'Oh right I forgot!' Willow laughed

'I'll get the others' Spike said going into the lounge room where Xander and Dawn were watching cartoons.

'Okay' Willow started once everyone was in the room 'Giles said somethings coming, something that could possibly end the world'

No one moved or said anything

'Oh um okay' Willow awkwardly said, wondering why no one was slightly panicking

'Will, we know the drill, world is going to end bla blaa, we save it' Xander said

'Giles said it wasn't that simple' Willow whispered

'Why? What do you mean?' Spike asked

'I don't know, he said there is one thing that can stop it but he doesn't know what'

'Um I think your all looking at it' Buffy said

'Huh?' Dawn asked 'what are we looking at?'

'Me! I'm what will stop it? All of us? Like we always do?' Buffy asked slightly confused, there was nothing the gang couldn't do.

'But Giles said it is not that easy Buff' Xander said

'Well, how many times has Giles been wrong?' Buffy asked

'Not that many...' Dawn whispered

'Oh your right.' Buffy replied

'So what exactly is coming Will?' Spike asked

'Something bad' She replied handing baby Eleanor back to Spike.

'Really Will? You don't say' Xander laughed

'I don't know!' Willow snapped 'Giles is coming back okay he will explain everything!' Willow yelled throwing her hands up in the air 'sorry for trying to help' she muttered under her breath.

Dawn left the room going to her room and Xander went to try to find Willow in her room and apologise.

'Here' Spike said handing Eleanor to Buffy, she smiled at Eleanor who was sleeping peacefully again. She looked up at Spike wondering "what was he going to ask? Was he going to ask again? What is going on?"

'Hey love' Buffy asked

'Yeah pet?' Spike replied, Buffy froze

'Um I'm hungry now' She mumbled

'Sure I'll get you some breakfast' he smiled.

Giles arrived about 5 hours later, it was 7:00 pm.

'Giles good to see you' Xander sarcastically smiled

'Yes, yes I saw you about 3 days ago' Giles smiled back at the sarcasm

Everyone helped Giles in and made him feel at home.

'So Giles what's going on?' Buffy asked

'Well... As Willow probably told you it is something bad. It is called The Desdemona, it's a long gone God but someone is going to bring it back and of course like many other evil things it wants to end the world' Giles explained

'Wow' Dawn said

'Willow said something though about one thing can stop it' Buffy reminded Giles
