They all sat in the car, Spike holding Buffy in his arms waiting to get home. The drive took an hour but they finally pulled up in the driveway, Spike got out and picked Buffy up, he went upstairs and placed her on their bed.

'Shes about 5 months now, that is probably why they are getting worse' Willow said, the gang sitting around the kitchen bench on their stools.

'You are probably right Willow, the bigger the baby the more blood it needs. We should probably go to the hospital again for another check up when Buffy wakes up' Giles said

'If she wakes up...' Dawn mumbled, Spike stared at her with a shocked look on his face, tears and anger in his eyes. He jumped up and kicked the stool away, kicking it across the room. He left the house.

'Dawn!' Xander yelled 'How could you say that!'

'I... I didn't mean it...' Dawn bursted into tears and ran upstairs into her room slamming the door shut, she fell onto the door tears streaming down her face. She got up and quietly opened the door and slipped out, she went up to Buffy's door and put her head around the slightly opened door. She walked in and knelt down in front of her big sister

'Hey Buffy, hopefully you wake up soon, we miss you. Um I said something bad before and I am really sorry, Spike got angry at me and left' The tears rolled down her cheeks, her mascara smudging 'he will come back though! I know he will he loves you Buffy, I love you! We all love you! Your baby loves you... I'm so sorry!'

Spike was standing in the door way listening to Dawn cry her eyes out.

'It's okay niblet, I'm sorry for getting angry' He weakly smiled, Dawn turned around and saw Spike standing there.

'How long have you...?' She started asking but got cut off

'The whole time' He smiled, Dawn got up and walked towards Spike he put his arms out and wrapped them around Dawn and she cried.

'It's okay, she will wake up, she's tough she will get through anything' Spike told Dawn. They both knelt down and held Buffy's hand.

'We love you pet please wake up' Spike whispered. Buffy's eye lids twitched and slowly opened.

'Buffy!?' Spike yelled

'Yeah?' Buffy smiled weakly

'Oh my gosh!' Dawn yelled and got up and ran downstairs to get the gang.

'Buffy' Spike said tears in his eyes bubbling on the edge

'Sorry' she whispered

'No need, your back' he smiled. The gang ran in

'Oh Buff thank god' Xander said

'Guys I am fine' Buffy replied sitting up

'Buffy I think we should go to the hospital, when your ready' Giles announced

'Yeah let's go, just let me change' Buffy said hoping off the bed. The gang walked out the room and Dawn slowly shut the door.

'Are you okay?' Spike asked, Buffy looked him in the eye and walked up to him

'Of course baby' she smiled

'Buffy!' he said tears forming again in his eyes, Buffy went up and hugged him.

'Shh Spikey I am okay' Buffy started kissing Spike passionately

'Gosh I have missed this' Buffy said heavy breathing

'Me too!' Spike agreed kissing her back

'How long till you reckon they will come get us?' Buffy asked kissing Spike's neck
