Cry Me A River

Nikki's POV

A day has passed since Aro told me what he wanted to me to do. At the moment I was laying on my bed in the Volturi castle looking over the information that Aro had given me. Rolling my eyes I put the folder with Bella's information on my dresser and sighed. There had to be more to it than her not being a vampire yet if Aro wanted me to go check it out. This case was something even a low ranking guard ember could do.

Maybe I should ask Richard if he know's anything about this Bella girl.  I got off of my bed and walked over to the door, opened it and walked out. Closing the door behind me I walked down the hallway, my black Jimmy Choo Jade crystal-embellished suede high heels clicking on the brown tile floor.

Frowning to myself I reach out with my mind and try to Locate Richard. Smiling when I found him I walked faster down the hallway, stopping in front of a door that looked oddly familiar. Shrugging I open the door and the sight in front of me made my heart turn cold with anger and sadness. Richard was on top of Jane. Both of them naked and moaning. I willed myself to keep the tears in, but it was no use.

Slowly tears started to stream down my face as a choked sob escaped my mouth. Richard and Jane's head snapped towards the door. Richard's eyes widened while Jane just lay'd there with a smirk on her face. Rage consumed me while I let out an animalistic growl. Their eyes widened with fear making me smirk.

"N-Nikki, I know what this looks like, but it's not what you think." My eyes narrowed at him.

"Well what it looks like to me is that you're fucking Jane. Am I wrong?" Richard just stared at me.

"Am I wrong?!" I yelled. He flinched, quickly shaking his head.

"I thought so." Taking off my ring I threw it at him with extra force.

"Were through Richard. I never want to see you're sorry ass again, and as for you Jane. If I ever see you again I will be sure to torture you slowly until I have you begging me for death." Jane's eyes widened and she cowered under Richard. Growling one more time at them I slammed the door closed behind me before running down the hallway, going to the only two people I could trust.

Jonah's POV

"I'm so glad Nikki's back. I've missed hanging out with her." I nodded my head at Alec. I missed Nikki too, more than Alec will ever know. Sighing I lean against the wall beside Alec.

"She looks really good, not saying that she doesn't always look good cause she does." Smirking to myself I shake my head. Everyone thinks that Alec is just quiet, but he's not.

"Hay, do you hear that?" Blinking I turn toward's the open door, trying to hear what Alec was talking about.

"Alec, Jonah! Where are you?!" Leaning my head to the side I frown.

"That's Nikki." I nodded, pushed myself off the wall and follow her voice. She sounded so broken and hurt. My blood started to boil at the thought of someone hurting her. Something was wrong and I was going to get to the bottom of it. 

Nikki! Where are you? I call out in my mind. I knew she would hear me, she always seemed to be able to know what I'm thinking or where I was. At first I thought it was weird and my wolf was repulsed by the thought of being able to pick my mind apart so easily, but after awhile I grew to get use to it.

I'm in the garden. Please hurry Jonah, I need you. Picking up my pace I run toward's the garden, Alec following silently behind me. When I made it to the garden I follwed her sweet raspberry scent to one of the benches by the water fountain. Frowning I walked over to her, stopping in front of her crying figure.

"Nikki. What happened?" She looked up at me with tear's streaming down her face. Her eyes were a dark brown, practically black, making my heart clench in anger. My wolf howled in rage at the thought of someone hurting her. She wrapped her arms around my neck, crying into my shoulder. Picking her up I sat on the bench, pulling her body closer to mine.

"What happened star?" She started to shake before pulling away from me. Flinching away from her I started into her anger filled eyes. Tear's still streamed down her face, but she looked more angry than sad.

"I caught him fucking Jane!" I furrowed my eyebrows.

"You caught who?" Her eyes flashed a bright purple and a growl ripped through her lips.

"I caught Richard's sorry ass fucking Jane!" Alec gasped and my eyes widened.

Nikki's POV

Jonah and Alec's eyes were wide with shock. It didn't surprise me though, hell I was still getting over the shock of it. I couldn't believe that he would so something like that to me. I thought that he loved me, that we were going to be together forever. The anger drained out of me, leaving my heart with sadness. Tear's filled my eyes again and I willed myself to not cry. I was done crying over him.

He broke my heart, big whoop. I had to get over it. I'm not some weak whiny girl that cries over a guy. I'm strong, tough and independent. I don't need Richard, he needs me. Frowning I stand up, fixing my hair and makeup.

"Nikki, are you okay?" Nodding I stand up straighter. I will not let him ruin me. Narrowing my eyes I frown and start walking back inside the volturi building.

"I'm perfectly fine. I'm not going to let a douche bag like Richard ruin my reputation. If he want's to fuck that weak girl then by all means he can. I'm through with him and her. After I do this assignment for Aro I plan on leaving for awhile."

"What! You can't leave?!" Rolling my eyes I stare Jonah down. He was visibly shaking and I knew his wolf was fighting him.

"Cool your tits Jonah. You can come with me." He stopped shaking some, but you could tell he was still pissed.

"Oh yeah, sorry Alec." Alec looked at me with his eyebrow's furrowed.

"For what?"

"For having that hoe as a sister." Smirking I walk inside the building and make my way to my room. Growling to myself when I smelled Richard's scent I stomp towards the door.

"What the fuck are you doing here?! I thought I made it clear that I never wanted to see your sorry ass ever again!" Richard just sat there, a blank look on his face.

"Listen Nikki. I'm sorry. I didn't mean for it to go so far." Narrowing my eyes I growl loudly at him.

"Oh cry me a river Richard! I don't want to hear it!" My hand started to glow a bright red. Flinging my hand at him I watched in satisfaction as his clothes set on fire. Smiling to myself I use my powers to open my duffel bag and start putting all my clothes and other necessities in it. When I had everything I needed I threw a bag to Jonah and Alec who caught it with ease. They stared wide eyed at Richard's burning clothes.

Rolling my eyes I walk out of the room, Jonah and Alec following behind me silently.

"You should probably put the fire out before a guard passes by your room and sees him." Sighing I snap my fingers and continue walking.

"You two go get your stuff ready and meet me by my car in twenty minutes. Were going to go do Aro's mission."

"You think he's going to let us go with you?" I nodded.

"Aro loves me. He does whatever I want. After he finds out what happened he'll be more than happy to do what I want." The guys nodded and left to go get their stuff. Walking out of the castle I walk over to my car, opening the trunk and throwing my stuff in there. Closing it I lean against my car and wait for the guys. I can't believe I never noticed that he was messing with Jane behind my back. How could I have been so stupid. Sighing I frowned. It didn't matter now anyway. I had let myself get soft. It was time to show everyone who I was and what I was capable of.

There it is :) It was longer than this, but I had left to go to help my mom and when I came back my brother had exited out of my stuff.
