Okay if you're a girl and you've gone through puberty you probably have a period. So here are some things to help you get through it because no matter what anyone says periods fucking suck.

Things you should invest in💵:
~Feminine wipes just to keep it fresh and clean down there🚿
~A nice sized makeup bag, inside you should have 2-3 pads/tampons, an extra pair of underwear, some kind of Tylenol, and I like to keep panty liners in there and use them a few days before and after my period just so there's no messy surprises👛
~Download an app to note when it's coming. I would recommend Flo just because I use it and in my opinion it's the best one📱
~Drink water and green tea, do yoga and light exercises to help with cramps🍵
~Relax in a hot bath to relieve stress and cramps🛁
~Icy Hot on your stomach or a water bottle with hella hot water it'll relieve your cramps I promise🚰
~This is definitely optional but Yogi makes a tea specifically for your period and it's called Woman's Moon Cycle. Drink before or during your cycle I promise you'll see results.

Mood Swings😄😘🤗😔😤:
~Get some sleep at least 8 or more hours a night💤
~Eat something you could just be hangry🍫
~Take a walk or stretch🚶‍♀️
~Do things that typically calm you down💅🏼

Tips👅:
~Wear dark colored pants so stains don't show just incase you leak through🖤
~When picking your outfit try to pick pant that are super comfy and won't put pressure on your legs, back, or stomach👖
~If you stain your underwear or pants put your stained item in a mixture of 3/4 cup of ice cold water and 1/4 cup of peroxide, mix it give it an hour or two and let it dry. They'll look brand new👙
~Avoid coffee and carbonated drinks. So if you go to Starbucks order a pink drink or a tea💕
~This is completely and most definitely an option but it have been scientifically proven that marijuana/weed/cannabis can help relieve period cramps so if you want to just light it up on your period🍁
