Mainstream scientists contend that the Holy Bible is rife with scientific error. They claim that the Bible holds no water in the scientific community and that nearly no passage from the Bible can withstand scientific scrutiny. Nevertheless, many scholars and theologians, from both secular and non-secular standpoints, have compiled comprehensive lists of scientific facts that can be found in Scripture. They have compared them to widespread beliefs of ancient people in an unbiased and straightforward way, in an attempt to show the wealth of groundbreaking scientific facts in the Bible long before they were discovered by man. However, certain scientific groups today, especially the Evolutionists, have taken these lists and attempted to tear them apart academically, claiming that they are nothing more than quote mining attempts to validate an outdated, worthless text that contradicts itself. In a fervent attempt to assert the studies as false, they use circular reasoning and nitpicking to reject the evidence before them, hypocritically employing the same techniques in a twisted manner to support their own biased motives.
