*a few days later when the baby is all settled in*

Lilly: Finally Mommy and daddy have some alone time!
Yousef: we start making out. I love the feeling of her lips on mine.
Lilly: We watch tv for the rest of the night being flirty with each other.
*in the morning*
Yousef: Babe did we fall asleep on the couch?

*baby starts crying*

Lilly: Hey babe after you get the baby can you take me to the doctors office? My stomachs been feeling real weird lately...

*at the doctors office*
Doctor: Okay so we did an X-ray and we found out....
Yousef: I can tel she's super nervous so I grab her hand.
Doctor: you are pregnant!
Lilly: How I was already pregnant?
Doctor: you didn't let me finish your pregnant with twins! And it's possible to be pregnant again after giving birth.
Yousef: she's pprregnant and with twi- *yousef passes out*
