Steps:
Step 1: Save the back ground to your photos. Open the background on PicsArt.
Step 2: Click the 'effects' icon, and select 'magic'. Upon selecting 'magic' click on 'white ice' to reach this.

Step 3: Go back to the 'effects' section and click 'HDR 2' to get this image.

Step 4: Once you have done that, add the png of Zendaya by clicking 'Add Photo'. To get to the image select 'Hard Light Image'.

Step 5: Once you have done so, add the text. After adding the text, select tools and select 'Dispersion effect'. Once you have dispersed the image, click blend and then 'Normal'.
