I couldn't see her in tears it was like someone was stabbing my heart with a knife.....Reality hit me hard at the very moment "I love her.... No idiot you started falling for her the moment you saw her" my heart mocked me....

Wrong timing Raheel..... Though my own confession was making me smile..... "Jaa rahi Hai woh......." (She is leaving) my inner conscience mocked me taking my car keys which was kept on my desk I ran after her not giving a damn about how crazy I looked or how my employees​ were staring at me....

Calling her name was of no use because she was paying no heed to it and entered the lift...As the lift was about to be closed I entered.....

Fidgeting with her fingers and wiping the tears that roll down her cheeks was the only thing she was doing until I spoke.....

"Everything will be fine" As these words left my mouth I realized it only made her sob harder....And the next thing I knew was I engulfed her in a hug maybe it was most needed at that moment....

It's going to be fine....You are strong enough you know that right....And I felt something wet on my right shoulder....Tears 😢

I broke the hug and wiped her tears...The lift opened again causing us to break our eye contact...with in a blink of second and there she goes! But to my luck I caught her wrist at the right time which made her stop and look at me.....

I will drop you....I said with finality in my voice....she got confused but covered it up soon...it's ok I can go by myself and tried freeing her wrist from my hand...But I didn't let her go...

Just then her phone rang again making her panic ...."Calm.....just be calm and answer the call you will get them scared if you panic " I said to her and she nodded her head for assurance....

"Hello"
"Saba I am on my way...just 10 minutes and I will be there" With that I ended my call

Come let's go...He said while holding my hand

Mera haath(My hand)I said while pointing towards our interlocked fingers....
"Sorry" he said while freeing my hand from his....and scratching the back of his neck...

Making our way towards his car we quickly sat and drove to the city hospital....

As soon as we reached I ran to the ICU with Raheel sir signing the paper for visiting and soon he too joined my pace...

I entered the room without knocking and got the biggest shock of my life...The room was full of happy , smiling faces....Our close relatives and friends....

Hain (What)🙄 I thought with a scowl on my face...

"What's going on?"

That's what caught everyone's attention....my voice....

"Here she is.... Auntie Asma said happily"

Ammi made her way to me and looked quite happy....A tap on my shoulder broke my daze.... Seriously what's going on? I thought to myself

I turned to see who it is....And shock would be an understatement...

"Surprise" everyone in the room shouted

I blinked my eyes again ! It might be an illusion....I opened them again and Baba was still there....I pinched myself for confirmation Ooouch....while rubbing my hand and everyone in the room laughed except baba...

I hugged him happily with tears in my eyes....I missed you so much I said while crying harder
