Dre has been in town for a couple days he's been really quiet and not talking much. Today was the day of Tyree funeral all this shit is too much I had just gotten so close with him and now he's gone I was putting on my dress till Dre walked in he came in and sat on the bed and layed back I finished getting dressed and doing my hair then I went and sat next to him and he sat up
Alexis: how u holding up
Dre: shit I don't know I just feel like it's my fault
Alexis: it's not Dre this coulda happen anytime even if he went with u on tour it coulda happen when he got back
Dre: ik it's just weird u know Tyree ain't here no more I can't talk to him or nun all I could think about is the last time we talked when he asked me if he could come out there
Alexis: yeah i know me and Tyree grew close when u was on tour he called me his big sis and I called him my little brother
Dre: yeah so um u ready to go
Alexis: yeah
Me and Dre headed over to the funeral service
ABOUT AN HOUR LATER
the service was finally over me and dre went out in the hall to talk to momma Verna
Dre: hey ma how u holding up
Verna: I'm holding how are u
Dre: I don't know I just feel like it's my fault if I woulda just had him out there with me like he wanted
Verna: this is not on u Andre u brother looked up to and u did a good job taking care of him we both did now it's time for someone else to take care of him
Verna gave Dre a hug
Verna: I'm so proud of u Andre
Dre: thanks ma
Verna: Alexis thank you for being there u know u didn't have to
Alexis: no problem Tyree was my little brother
Verna: u got a good one Andre u keep her alright
Dre: I will ma
Verna: by baby I love u
Dre: I love u too
I gave Verna a hug and me and Dre got something to eat and went back to the house we sat in the living room watching TV while eating our food
Dre: what u been up to since I've been gone
Alexis: hanging out with michel'le and Brittney
Dre: where's mila and Maya
Alexis: they been out of town for awhile I don't know what's going on with them
Dre: oh so u and michel'le gotten really close
Alexis: I guess she acts weird around Me sometimes but I guess it's nun
Dre: yeah it's probably nun
Alexis: so when u joining the guys back on tour
Dre: in two days
Alexis: two days Dre don't u think u need some time to process what's going on
