Okay so she's a mind reader and she has prophetic powers. The glowing swirls on her only glow when she's receiving a prophecy or feeling extremely strong emotions.
Sometimes, they glow different colors according to how she's feeling, like maybe pink when she's flustered or happy.
She's a little oddball.
