Otaku => If you audition here, you're not required to join a specific event that tackle's about music.. example .. Battle of the band etc. etc.. Likewise, you can join but... voluntarily.

BOTH => Need I say more? Hmm... you're required to join events coming from Otaku and Ongaku. Again, REQUIRED. Whether you like it, or.. you like it.. xD
