“well hello there Duffy” he said, the smirk not leaving his lips.

Duffy?

“what do you want Anderson” I said his last name with hatred. I really hate this guy so much that I can't stand him.

He was still smirking, while I just glared harder at him. Why does he have to be so annoying!!

Blake Anderson aka the man-whore in this whole school. He gets a new girl in his bed every day, and how do I know. Well he is my neighbor and his room is right next to mine.

So every night instead of peacefully sleeping, I hear moans next door. Its so loud but only I can hear. Augh. Because of him I haven't been having much sleep lately, and that really bothers me cause I like to sleep. Alot.

Blake is 6'2 and has brown hair and brown eyes. People say he has a face and body of a Greek god but I think he looks like a brown llama, or a dying llama.

He didn't say anything but was still blocking my way, and you know what I did, well I did what anyone would do..... I stepped on his foot. Hard. Making him yelp in pain and loose his balance but he almost fell. I wanted to laugh but nah, my laugh sounds like a dying hyena.

I heard giggling behind me and snickers around. I turned around and saw that the people in the hallway are all looking at us. Oh my gosh!! I hate attention.

Liv said she will go ahead to her class and I just nodded and hung my head low. I really hate attention, it makes me nervous.

I wanted to pass by Blake but he got his balance back ‘man, I should've stepped harder’ I thought.

He stood straight and glared at me “why did you do that” he said with venom in his voice. Was he trying to scare me HA! . Why would I be scared.

I just stood and glared at him. It's like we're having a glaring contest. “I just wanted you to get out of the way” I finally replied.

“You could've asked” he said making me snort a bit “sorry but I have to go, see you soon Anderson” I said sarcastically. I walked past him but I heard him say “See you later Duffy”

Duffy, what is that

“what did you call me?” I said turning around, finding him facing me smirking. He needs to stop smirking it's annoying.

“what do you mean Duffy” he replied, making my blood boil “that word!” I whisper shouted “what word?” this guy is really annoying me.

I almost lost it “that word Duffy, what does that mean!” I said keeping my cool. He just chuckled then shook his head “why don't you find it out yourself” he said before going leaving me there standing with my jaw almost touching the floor.

‘this guy is so annoying!!!’ I thought. I huffed in annoyance before going to my next class. I was late because of him, but I didn't care I don't really like that class.

I prayed that the school would end fast. And well it did. Lunch was the same people looking at our group table cause my best were there. Some students came up to me and asked  the same thing.

Now I am on my way home, usually I go with my dad but he had a teacher meeting, and my mom, she...she's out of the country so it's just me and my dad. I have an older brother but he's out the country for university.

I reached home and saw that Blake's car is parked outside his house. He was still in with another girl perhaps. He saw me then smirked. Why does he keep smirking.

I grabbed the keys from my bad and stormed in the house. I climbed up the stairs, reached my room. I put my bag in a random place

I grabbed my laptop and plopped on the bed. The windows background was Blake and I. Ya we used to be friends, best friends honestly. But it all changed, he changed.

I searched on google ‘Duff’ and there it was. The Duff means ‘The Designated Ugly Fat Friend’ my eyes grew wide and I had lump in my throat.

I clicked on a website and what I was horrifying. There were games of it. How cruel are these people.

I kept scrolling and scrolling through the websites and other websites. Tears started to fall when I clicked on anyone of these websites.

It was suddenly chilly so I assumed my window was opened. I quickly shut my laptop.

“I guess now you know the meaning, huh Duffy”
