She got up from the couch and headed to her room, turning on her closet light.
"Hmm let's see." She said as she looked over her choices of clothing.
After much debating, she finally decided on ripped black jean shorts, black combat boots, and a white crop top with a black heart on it.
She threw her hair up in a messy bun, freshened up her eyeliner and dark lipstick, changed her nose stud to a silver ring and then headed to the living room.
Eve had changed into a light pink skirt along with a white lacy top, which she had tucked in. She put on white flats to match and left her light brown hair down, as it was already curly since she had done it the day before.
She added more blush and mascara to her makeup, putting in some pearl earrings before meeting Eve in the living room.
"We'll be back in about an hour, mom!" Haven yelled upstairs.
"Okay!" She yelled back to them.
The sisters grabbed their phones and wallets and walked out the door to their shared car.
"I'll drive." Eve hopped in the driver's seat and started up the car when her sister got in.
They headed to Scarlett Rose's house first because her and Luna were hanging out there.
"Hey girls!" Haven exclaimed when she saw them, even though they last saw each other three hours earlier at most. "I absolutely love your dress, Luna."
Luna looked down at her dark purple dress that she wore with black leggings.
"It's so cute right? I got it from that store we always shop at." She smiled as she made her way to the car.
Eve noticed the red-headed Scarla wearing a leather jacket, white tank top, and black ripped jeans.
"I see we had the same idea." She gestured to their outfits and all the girls laughed as Scarla and Luna got into the backseat of the car.
Eve continued to make her way to their favorite pizza place.
"Are we going to 'the place'?" Luna asked, even though she already knew the answer.
"Hell yeah. Where else would we go to get pizza?" Eve laughed.
"Nowhere." Scarla smiled at the twins in the mirror.
"So how have you and Logan been?" Luna pushed her curly hair out of her hazel eyes as she looked out the window.
Scarla raised her eyebrows suggestively. "Yeah, Haven, how are you and your boyfriend doing?"
Eve laughed but turned her focus back to driving.
"He's not my boyfriend!" Haven said loudly. "I mean he's not my boyfriend. We're just friends. I bet he doesn't even like me like that anyway."
"Are you blind?" Scarla asked, looking at her in the mirror.
"You are literally perfect. How could anyone not like you?" Luna smiled, her dimple showing as she laughed at the thought of Logan not having a crush on Haven.
"Even you, Eve. Cameron totally has the hots for you but you just don't see it yet." Scarla said.
"Or I don't see it because it doesn't exist. Besides, I don't have time for boys; you know this more than anyone." Eve proclaimed.
The twins had been friends with Scarlett Rose and Luna for more than 6 years, but Eve always gravitated more towards Scarla and Haven always loved being around Luna more. They loved their best friends all the same, but preferred one over the other at times.
"Well you can always make time for boys when you actually want to." Scarla replied.
"I don't want to, though." Eve countered, attempting to end the conversation.
"We're here." Haven interrupted cheerily as they arrived, backing up her sister.
"Thank God. I'm so hungry." Luna rubbed her stomach as she got out of the car.
"Wow girls you look so cute!" Starla exclaimed once she fully saw the twin sisters' outfits.
"Thanks girl." Haven smiled.
"Thank you. See I told you I can dress fine on my own." Eve playfully rolled her eyes at her sister.
When they walked in, not one of the girls failed to notice freaking Cameron and Logan sitting at one of the tables in the pizzeria.
Eve rolled her eyes again, this time serious. "What the fuck are they doing here?"
She knew her sister would want to sit with them, even though it was a 'Girls' Night Out' and they tried to keep it sans the male species.
"Um eating pizza just like the rest of the senior class on Friday nights?" Haven said sarcastically, not understanding why her sister was so mad.
"Whatever. I'm hungry, so I don't care who sits with us or if I'm sitting alone as long as I get to eat." Luna admitted as she sat down at a table.
Eve let out an audible huff of frustration as she sat next to Luna.
Scarla and Haven glanced at the table where the boys were sitting and Haven blushed nervously.
"Haven, you should totally go sit with Logan." Scarla whispered, not so discreetly.
Haven glanced at her sister, who was looking at the menu, and back at the boys.
"Well okay.. I guess I can." She sighed and made her way over to the table as Scarla subtly cheered her on from behind.
Scarla sat with the girls and noticed Eve staring at the other table with mixed emotions: betrayal, confusion, pride.
"You should go over there too." Scarla encouraged the brunette.
"Ugh. No thanks." Eve sassily looked back at her menu, not making eye contact with either Scarla or Luna.
