Your POV:

I continued recording as the two kissed. Jaehee and I stared in disbelief.

'Saeyoung. I'm so sorry.'

Finally the guy pulled away from MC. They looked at each other in silence, but were clearly only silent because they were catching their breath. I studied the guy. He was much taller than Saeyoung and had dirty blond hair. I couldn't see much more, since his back was facing us.

"Are you sure this is okay? You have a boyfriend." The guy said but there was no guilt or confusion in his tone.

"Of course it's fine. My boyfriend doesn't even pay attention to me anymore. He is always giving some other girl more attention anyway. She just got back from a trip or whatever. It's like I'm not even there." MC said, sounding sad but it was clearly a fake sadness.

'Is she talking about me? That bit-'

"That's no way to treat a girl." The guy responded with a flirty tone.

"I know." MC replied with her fake sadness again.

"Maybe he's giving that girl more attention since you aren't there. How is he supposed to give you attention if you aren't with him?" He asked.

MC stayed silent for a few seconds.

"I'd rather be with you." MC replies but with her sadness replaced with a flirty tone.

"Fair enough." The guy said and went closer to her.

Before the two connected their lips again, I stopped the recording and started walking away, pulling Jaehee with me.

"Jaehee get in the car. I'll be right back." I said and went into my office building to get the report from my boss.

It's been twenty minutes since Jaehee and I caught MC cheating. We got back to Jaehee's apartment only a few minutes ago. Jaehee suggested for me to stay at her place for awhile, since I was starting to speed on our way here. She said I could get into an accident, so I took her advice and stayed with her.

Jaehee and I both sat on separate couches in her living room. I was on the love seat, while Jaehee sat on the three seat couch. Neither of us have said anything.

The report I was given at my work was about one and a half pages long, but I couldn't get past the first sentence. All the words were blurring together and made no sense. The only thing on my mind was the replaying of the scene Jaehee and I watched in the alley way of where my work is.

Tears start to gather in my eyes and make my eye sight even more blurry. I finally give in and cry. Not even a second later, I felt myself being brought closely into a hug and the report out of my hands.

"Shh." Jaehee whispered.

I brought myself closer to Jaehee and rested my head on her shoulder. Jaehee started to run her fingers through my hair. The gesture of sympathy was calming, but it wasn't enough to even slow my tears.

"T-This is al-all my f-fault." I stuttered in between cries and continued crying.

"No, Y/n. It's not your fault. There is absolutely no way that any of this is your fault." Jaehee said with a calming voice.

It's easy to tell when Jaehee is in a protective mother mode. Whenever someone is upset or crying or even just feeling down, Jaehee is always there and saying comforting things.

I pick my head up and broke out of her grip. I moved to the other side of the couch.

"It is. If I never went on that stupid trip for my work, this would have never happened. If only I wasn't so selfish." My voice was getting louder with each word, but got quiet by the last sentence.

Jaehee was silent. My tears were still falling, but they were slowing down only a little. I brought my legs close to my chest and held them there with my arms, as I continued to cry. I felt Jaehee's hand on my back, as she started to rub circles for comfort.

"If I was here I could have convinced V to make her leave. I could have gathered all that information about Saeran and Mint Eye, and I could have saved him with Saeyoung." I whispered.

Neither of us speak. I don't know why I'm still crying, as it won't change how things turned out, but for some reason, I am.

"You know, Y/n. You should show Saeyoung that video. Even though it will break is heart, he will be thankful that you showed him." Jaehee suggested.

I released my legs and let them fall to the floor.

'Jaehee is right. This news will break Saeyoung's heart into more than a million pieces, but it will hurt him more than anything if MC continues to lie to him.'

"How do we tell him is the question though." Jaehee said.

With that sentence, my tears stopped and vision cleared. I knew exactly how to.

"The same way we found out." I said with a smirk.

"Huh?" Jaehee asked.

"We tell everyone to come here for an 'emergency RFA meeting' and we show everyone the video." I answered.

"Isn't that a bit too mean though?" Jaehee questioned.

"No. I could do way worse." I said. "Actually, we should-"

"Okay. The first plan was good enough. I'll call everyone now." Jaehee interrupted me, grabbing her phone.
