Gunshots started to surround them none of them were aimed for him but all of them were aimed on his beloved wife Sonakshi. Dev took cover and kept her safe and informed shiv who told them that he was on his way

The sound of the shots were high and that's when they heard the police sirens indicating shiv had come. Soon the shots subsided and Dev looked around to make sure everything was safe. All he could see was shiv and his team searching for them. He took Sonakshi and came out carefully and alert. Shiv saw them and told them to get into his Jeep the police covered them and they sat in the Jeep. They drove towards his apartments and helped them settle down

"my pleasure bhabhi after all a friend in need is a friend indeed na so my friend is in trouble so I will help him. Now don't worry nothing can get to you my team will give you full protection and you guys can stay here I will be away for a few days tracking down these people but my team will be hiding around protecting you guys.you may continue you normal life like going shopping and all but my team will be  I disguise at all time with you and  Don't worry they won't enter you bedroom. " and he winks and leaves leaving a blushing sonakshi

Layer on Sonakshi is in the kitchen preparing the food and Dev was eaten on the slab
"Dev your friend is so sweet and helpful"

"wow it must have been great to have such friends na instead of being caught up with all this " she says indicating to the trouble they had landed themselves in
" don't worry I will keep you safe MO matter what"

Soon they were sitting on the dinning munching on the pasta which she had made.
"yummy"

"  seriously bhabhi you are an amazing cook"

Soon Dev and Sonakshi were lying on the bed facing opposite to each other none of them were able to sleep thinking of today's events and both of them turn at the same time to face each other
" kya Hua neend  nahi Aa rahi? "
".no aj agar tumhe  kuch  ho  jata  toh  Mera kya hota"
"kuch  Hua toh nahi na so jao  ab"
Saying so Sonakshi cuddles up with Dev and both of them fall asleep. Dev is alert the whole night and keeps making sure that she is fine while Sonakshi is asleep peacefully as she know that she is safe In his arms
