The moon sought rest and
the water splashed through her pale skin
as she danced and danced danced --
in the like amidst the dawn.
But the moon sought rest --
and so he asked, "Lily of the Lake,
shall we dare call the Sun?"
And the marmalade sky appeared --
and so as the beauty of the clouds --
for we danced and danced and danced.
