It had already been three months since I had started my first year at Harvard. I had taken an exam to place me in the second year as I was smarter than the first years, and only older than them as well. My life had taken a gracious turn as suddenly O had friends who respected and loved me.

My friends from the orphanage kept close contact with me as we made sure to meet three times a month, not wanting to let go of each other; after all, I had known then since I was about three or four.

As of now, I was waiting at the front gate as a letter had been slipped into my desk, asking me to wait here at the location. I sighed, Kaya would want food and the person was supposed to appear ten minutes ago. I finally glanced around one more time before deciding to leave, done wasting my precious time.

"Wait please wait!" A male voice and I turned to see our college's more popular guy, Ashima standing behind me, waving frantically with a flirty smile on. He inched closer to me as I faced him, not happy. First he's late and then he starts checking me out? Why had the school's playboy asked me to meet him here.

"Please hurry up, I have other matters to take care of." I said calmly with a small smile as o was known as the nice, cheerful character. I too had many friends and was asked out many times, but declined; I wasn't that time of girl. Ashima smirked as he leaned closer, his head meeting mine as he winked. I stepped back awkwardly.

"I've had my eyes on you for a few weeks now, my dear." He said as he pulled out a rose, handing it to me. I stood there with a nonchalant expression, of course he was going to ask me out. I innerly cursed as people gathered around, wondering what was about to go down. "I'm leaving, o have no interest in you romantically whatsoever." I said loudly as I turned to walk away.

However then his hand grabbed my wrist as he pulled me back, hugging me tightly from behind. "Stop!" I cried as he chuckled darkly, speaking into my hair. Students started whispering, worried. "Shouldn't we stop him!" One said as the other countered, "But he's the mayor's son, we could get in major trouble!" I gritted my teeth, trying to push him away. "Seeing you try to fight me with your kitten strength, makes me want to touch you even more...." Ashima trailed off as my blood boiled. I had had enough.

"AYA!" I battle cried as I judo flipped Ashima, watching contently as he fell onto the ground with force that no one could match. For a few seconds, silence filled the grounds, then all the students burst out laughing, pointing and taking videos of the scene. I sighed, imagining the memes that would be posted no less than two hours. Slowly, trying to escape Ashima's glare, I made a run for it, sprinting to the streets of Korea as I laughed, feeling the rush of adrenaline spring through my veins. That would teach him a good lesson; and in case the mayor tried anything, she was sure her friends would help out by showing the clips taken of the scene.

I stopped as I slowed to a feeble walk, examining the roads of my new home. I dreamily stared at the junk food shops as I passed by, remembering this evening's tennis practice. I pumped my fists up in the air; with life going like this, what possibly could go wrong?

I was slowly passing by a dark alley when suddenly two arms grabbed me and reeled me in, one hand on my waist as one handed on my hand. I panicked as a voice cooed in my ear. "You need not worry, dear. I'll take you to paradise." He said creepily as a shiver ran up my spine. I tried my martial arts moves but he was far stronger than I could've anticipated. He then grabbed a soaked cloth and forced it onto my nose and mouth.

I panicked even more as I felt my conscious slipping away from me; he was going to kidnap me! However, as a last attempt as freedom, I bit the man's wrist as he let go for a fraction second, cussing in pain; that second was more than enough for me.

"HELP!" I hollered as he once more stuffed the cloth over me. Suddenly, my body lost the fight as I left into the stranger's embrace. Before the darkness washed over, I heard two voices and saw traces of red and blonde hair. Then, I was out.
