"Of course sir, she's your daughter kaya no doubt na yun." Laurant was speaking with someone on his phone while facing the window of his hotel in Davao. His left hand inside his pocket and his right hand holding the phone
Nasa Davao siya ngayon dahil sa isang importanteng meeting but he'll be back in Makati but for the mean time, he's staying for the night at Marco Polo.
The meeting was about building an LJA Empire hotel in the said place.
"Yes sir, I've seen her grades during highschool and college. I must say that your daughter is really gifted when it comes to grades and of course, beauty" he chuckled "Yes sir. Ofcourse. I understand her situation regarding her past. I'll do everything I can sir. Ok lang po. Yes Sir, goodbye sir." He said formally
He took off his clothes revealing his 6 pack abs and well toned muscles. He went straight to the bathroom. As the water was gliding on his body, the face of a certain woman can't be removed in his mind. He was thinking of how misfortunate that certain woman was but still she shouldn't close her heart just because of her past.
As he got out of the shower his phone rang which made him smile. "Hello baby. Yeah, I'm sorry nasa Davao ako ngayon eh. Ok, what do you want? Ok baby. I miss you too. I'll go home tomorrow. Are you doing well? Ok bye, I love you"
Minutes later he called his own butler "Frank, schedule my flight tomorrow at 11:30. Yeah. Ok. Thankyou" and then he ended up the call
It was already 10 pm when he fell asleep
Aurely's POV
Sunday ngayon at tapos na ako magsimba at tapos ko na rin bisitahin yung puntod ni Henry. I'm now heading at Nanay Annalyn's (Henry's mom) house, we haven't seen each other for almost 4 years. Hindi kasi sila ganoon kayaman para bisitahin ako sa London, but its not that I'm degrading them infact, I admire their family. Nanay Annalyn is a preschool teacher while Tatay Rico is a highschool teacher. May ate si Henry, si Ate Jessa, nagtatrabaho na siya ngayon sa isang company as a secretary. Dalawa lang sila magkakapatid and I really love their brother-sister relationship.
"Magandang Umaga po" mula sa gate, nakita ko sila Tatay at Nanay na nagkwekwentuhan sa sala
"Oh! Aurely anak! Ikaw na ba yan? Gumanda ka lalo ah! Halika, pasok ka." Nanay Annalyn and Tatay Rico calls me anak noon pa man, nagbless ako sa kanya as a sign of respect
"Salamat po tita, magandang araw po tito ric" gulat na gulat si Tatay nung makita niya ako "Aurely!?"
"Hi po tay" I said while smiling "O sya iha, kukuha muna ako ng juice sa loob at tinapay at tatawagin ko na rin si Ate Jessa mo" Nanay said before she went to the kitchen "Ok po nay" I said to her in response
"Oh tay, kumusta na po kayo ni Nanay at Ate Jessa? Matagal na rin po tayo hindi nagkita simula nung pumunta ako sa London" I asked Tatay Rico "Ok naman anak, matagal-tagal rin bago na tanggap ng Nanay Annalyn at Ate Jessa mo ang pagkamatay ni Henry, ikaw? Kumusta ka na? Sorry talaga kung hindi ka namin nabisita doon sa London ha" he said
"Ok na po ako Tay, nakarecover na din po ako salamat sa Diyos. At ano ba kayo tay, ok lang po no. Panay naman send niyo ng message sa akin sa email ko kaya pakiramdam ko binibisita niyo ako don palagi" I responded to him politely
