"How is bhai/Swayam " was the question that greeted her as soon as she saw her gang, her family, all of them looked flushed as if they all have came running inside

"he is fine guys, sleeping right now" she informed them calmly as her eyes teared up watching their concerned filled gaze

"alright but how the F**k this happen??" That was Manik worried as hell for his best friend

"they tried to shoot Ansh, Swayam came in front of the line of fire saving Ansh & bhai" Anika answered as calm as she could with the present situation

"Who are this Fu**ing insane evil people????"  Mike asked looking damn irritated

"I have some doubts but I'll inform you guys after confirming it, I've some work outside can you guys look after Swayam & make sure he doesn't put pressure on his leg" She asked them

"yeah, sure but take security with you, it's not safe"

"I'll" She promised as she stepped out of the house

She drove the car to her destination & the enter the house with a bang

"ELINA" She shouted at the top of her voice, few times before the whole family was in front of her

"Anika" The man she hated the most spoke her name with a love filled tone making her shudder in disgust

"Where is your girlfriend, Mr Oberoi ??" She asked him in her no nonsense tone

"She isn't my gf, anymore"

"I didn't ask about your relationship status, I asked where the hell is she??" She asked him in the same tone

"I don't know, I haven't seen her"

"If you see her than tell her never to come in front of me, if she ever does than I'll make sure it's the last day of her life." Anika warned him her eyes burning in fury.

" Anika" Every elder present in the hall gasped in shock hearing her open threat

"well, there's nothing to be so shocked people, I'm a venomous women & I don't easily forgive the people who dared to attack my son, warn her Mr Oberoi if their ever will be another attack, I'll make sure that will be the last day of her life." She told him in her best I'm the boss voice as she existed the mansion without looking back.

As soon as she reached her car someone held her hand tightly & turned her around

"how is my son, Anika" Shivaye's anxious face come in front of her

The whole world seemed to be spinning for Anika, the truth she never wanted him to find out, he he knew it, she didn't knew what to do but she gained back her composure somehow & glared daggers at him

"he isn't your son, Mr oberoi, he never was your son, he was always my son & always will be" She told him glaring daggers at him

"you can't deny the truth that I know Anika, he is my son, my blood, he is an Oberoi Anika, the heir of the oberoi's, you can't deny him father's love or his family, grandparents love, every kid has right to get the love" Shivaye told her his eyes pleading but his tone was still too haughty for her liking

"he ain't anybody to you, he is my son, only mine Mr Oberoi & as far as father & grandparents are concerned, he has both, he is not an oberoi he is a Sekhawat, he is Swayam Sekhawat's son, he is Sekhawat house's heir, he is my blood Mr Oberoi & my son will never be anything like you & that's my promise to you" she spoke anger burning through her veins

"Really Anika don't be so vain, nobody can love someone else child so much, I know that Sekhawat boy will never love our child as much as his real family could, he would never love him as much as he would love his real child" Shivaye spoke taunting Anika

"really then I think you're disillusioned Mr Oberoi, the guy you think would never love your child as much as you right now is in great pain, because he have taken the bullet meant for Tanish, I don't think even some real parents will show as much love & care for their own child, don't speak about the matters you don't know about & I think my brother has informed you about our marriage so don't bring this ridiculous claims of yours again, Tanish will become like Swayam & that's my promise not a backstabbing cheater like you Mr Oberoi" Anika spoke with same calm tone not showing Shivaye his touch still affected her

"what, anger again consumed your self let me inform you something Mr oberoi, Anger is not good for health, have a good day & don't worry I'll send you guys an invitation of my wedding, for old time sake I'm not that heartless, you see"She smiled haughtily as she jerked his grip away from her hand, climbed her car & drove away.
