two weeks later...

"So how's Chase? That's his name, right?" Francesca was determined to met and get to know Chase. She only saw him once.

"He's great."

"I want to meet him."

"Okay. What Fran?"

"I just- I've never seen you so happy. He must really be great."

"He is. Anyways, enough about me, how are you?"

Summer could tell her sister wanted to tell her something.

"What's going on Fran?"

"I'm pregnant."

"Are you serious?!"

Summer was happy and shocked.

"Yeah."

"What's wrong?"

"I got pregnant from a one-night stand."

"Oh. That's bad?"

"Summer? A one-night stand. I wanted to have a husband, a plan."

"You don't need a husband to raise a baby. You have me."

Francesca smiled and said, "Okay."

"I can't wait to become an aunt!" Summer said excitedly.

Charlie came over to see Chase, he felt like he hadn't seen him in forever.

"So, the divorce is finalized?"

"Yeah. I'm so happy."

"I want to meet Summer."

"You will."

"When?"

"Maybe this weekend if she's available."

"Listen Charlie, if you meet her, do not embarrass me."

Charlie gasped, "I would never. I just want to meet to woman who is making my brother happy."

"Okay, don't embarrass me."

"I won't!"

Chase called Summer after Charlie left.

"Hey Summer."

"Hi baby."

"What are you doing?"

"Cleaning."

"Okay. Um my brother wants to meet you."

"Really? My sister wants to meet you."

"Are you and her free this weekend?"

"Um I am, hold on."

"Fran? Are you free this weekend?"

Chase heard a muffled, "Yeah."

"She's free."

"Okay. Can I see you tonight?"

"Um well my sister is here."

"Um go see your mans girl. Go get dicked down," Francesca said.

"Fran! I'm sorry Chase."

"It's okay baby."

"Listen, he is fine as shit so I am gonna go so you can go to your mans."

Francesca gave Summer a hug and left.

"Your sister is funny."

"Yeah."

"So, you want me to come over there or you come over here."

"I have to work tomorrow so can you come over here?"

"Of course."

Summer was cleaning up before Chase got there and while she was cleaning, she noticed an envelope addressed to here.

She opened the envelope and it read:

Summer, you are the best sister anybody could ever ask for. Regardless of what has happened in our lives, your life, you still manage to keep everybody around you happy. I love you so much!

I know after paying off our college debt, you told me to keep the rest of the money that mom and dad left US, but I noticed late bills on your table and I don't feel comfortable knowing that I can pay my bills comfortably and you're out here struggling, so there is a check for $900,000 which is half of the money.

Don't try to give the check back because I ain't taking it back.

Summer started crying.

She texted Francesca saying thank you and how much she appreciates Francesca.

Chase pulled up to Summer's home around 10 p.m.

When she opened the door, he could tell she was crying.

"Hey, what's wrong?"

He stepped inside and sat on the couch with Summer.

"My sister wrote a letter to me and gave me half of the money our parents gave us."

"That's a good thing, right?"

"Yeah. I just wasn't expecting it. I'm sorry, but I'm not in the mood for sex. Don't be mad."

"Why would I be mad? We can just cuddle."

"Okay."
