Love at First Sight

The Girl (Episode 1)

*** Natsu's POV

I hate hotels. After few weeks the tour is finally over and I can go home.
Touring with the band is fun, but at this point I'm so tired of living in hotels. I miss my own bed.

We just arrived here and got the keys to our rooms. Hiro, Daichi, Cazqui and Masa headed towards the elevators and I was just about to follow them, when I heard this sweet but irritated voice speaking to someone. I turned around and saw this tiny little girl with dark long wavy hair, standing in front of the receptionists desk.
"Please say that you have a room available! This whole city is booked, but I need a room!", I heard her almost shout with a desperate voice.
She leaned against the desk and buried her face in her hands.
The receptionist spoke to her with a calming voice and said that they actually did have some rooms available.
I knew why almost every hotel was fully booked... Because of our band. We have still many concerts coming up and people are coming from far to see us.

"Natsu wake up, are you coming or wtf!", I heard Hiro yelling. Everyone heard him, including that girl. She turned her head and looked at Hiro and the other guys, and then me. She frowned and stared me in the eyes for few seconds and then quickly turned her head away.
I couldn't look away, there was something about this girl that made me keep staring at her, even if I couldn't see her face anymore. I wonder why she sounded so desperate?

I felt someone slap my head and saw Hiro standing next to me looking pissed. I punched his arm and started walking with him to the elevators, where others were still waiting. Hiro looked at me and he seemed to be curious now. He looked back to make sure that the girl couldn't hear us anymore. "You never get hypnotised like that by any girl", he said and grinned. "I know...", I sighed, still thinking about her and those dark eyes I got to see for few seconds.

Next morning I woke up tired, I didn't get much sleep, because I kept thinking about that girl. That's not like me, I don't know what was wrong with me now.
I was supposed to meet the guys at the lobby and I was already late, so I took a quick shower, left my room and went to the elevators.
When the doors opened I froze. There she was. Standing right in front of me.
She lifted her head up and almost jumped when she saw me. She blushed and moved aside so I could get in. I got in, stood next to her and saw that she was going downstairs too so I didn't have to push the button. She took a step away from me. I looked down at her, she was so much shorter than me... She was obviously really nervous and kept staring at her shoes.

I decided to talk to her, I wanted to hear that voice again. "Hi, I saw you yesterday", I said. She gave me a quick frightened look and blushed again. "Oh... mmm yes, I remember", she finally said.

The elevator doors opened, we were at the lobby and she almost run outside. "Wait, please", I said and grabbed her arm. I couldn't let her go untill I knew at least her name.
She gave me that frightened look again, but stayed where she was, looking at me suspiciously with those amazing eyes. Ok why is this girl so afraid of me, I couldn't help but wonder. I'm not that creepy, am I?
I let her arm go and smiled at her, hoping that would calm her down.
"I just wanted to know your name", I said. She looked surprised and was quiet for a while. Finally she spoke: "Oh... I'm Sara", she said. "I'm Natsu", I replied and saw her blushing... again. "Well... yes, I know who you are. I... like your band", she said with a little shy smile on her face.

Shit, I should have known! She recognized us yesterday and of course that's why she's acting this way and keeps blushing every five seconds. But she didn't start screaming like they always do, fangirls. And she didn't even want to take a selfie with me! Well this was new and interesting.
I laughed a little and asked, "Are you coming to see us play tonight then? Is that why you needed a room so desperatly?"
She sighed and looked distressed. "No, my apartment had a flood and I can't live there for at least two weeks", she said and then continued, "And I didn't get tickets, your concerts are sold out".
I felt really sorry for her and then I remembered that I had one VIP ticket left. I grinned and asked, "Would you like to come as my VIP guest"?

I really wanted Sara to come. I had never met a girl like her and she wasn't acting like other fangirls at all. Or... maybe she doesn't like me in that fangirly way. Maybe it's Hiro or Masa she likes and she'll turn into somekind of Fangirlzilla when she sees them. That would be fucking awesome...

Sara interrupted my thoughts by saying, "Maybe you should ask for their opinion first". I turned my head and saw Hiro, Cazqui, Masa and Daichi coming at our direction. Hiro had a big smile on his face and suddenly I was afraid he would act like an ass. And he did.

"We were waiting for you but here you are entertaining fangirls first thing in the morning", Hiro said and looked at Sara. "Hi there, do you want my autograph?", he continued and looked so self-satisfied. Dork.
I was just about to kick him, but then Sara said, "Umm sure... but who are you?", she asked and managed to look extremely confused. I started laughing and saw that Daichi, Masa and Cazqui were trying really hard not to laugh. Well Daichi wasn't trying that hard, he was too amused.

I like this girl so much and I've known her for only 10 minutes.
Hiro didn't look that happy anymore, but he had it coming and he knew it. "Okay I deserved that", he said to Sara, smiling again. He turned to me and said, "I'm sorry Natsu, but we really need to go, we're going to be late".
"I'm coming, just give me a minute, okay?", I said and looked at Sara. "If I give you that VIP ticket, will you use it? I would really love if you would come...", I said and waited for her response.

She was biting her lip all blushed again and looking so damn cute, that I would somehow force her to come, if she would say no.
