Chapter One

"Mom pleaseeeee pleasee let me go to PAX east with Alex." I begged my mom getting on my knees, "I will do anything pleaseee."

My mom sighs disapprovingly at me as I grovel in front of her. "Fine, I will let you go-"

"YESSSSSS!!!" I yelled, jumping up and down.

"But you have to clean the house for a whole month." My mom replied smiling as I continue to jump up and down.

"Thanks mom you are the best." I said hugging her, ignoring that I had to be a maid for a month. I ran upstairs and jumped on the bed scaring the living daylights out of my cat, Tiger who was curled up sleeping on my bed. "IM GOING TO PAX EAST." I squealed to Tiger who was just staring at me with a look that said just shut up and feed me. "I have to go call Alex now." I said still talking to himt.

*Ring Ring Ring*

"Hello?" A groggy voice answered.

"ALEX! GUESS WHAT?" I yelled into the phone.

"OWH! Keep it down a bit. Do you know what time it is? I was still sleeping."

I look at the clock "Its five o'clock Alex. Did you mean to tell me that you were asleep?"

"Yeah I was."

"Lazy." I grumbled, "Anyways I am going to PAX east."

"Yayy for you."

"AND YOU ARE COMING WITH ME!" I yelled back into the phone.

"Tell me again?" Alex asked, making sure what I said was correct.

"You are coming to PAX east with me."

There was silence in the background for a second until she yelled out, "YASSSSSSS!!!"

I chuckled into the phone. "Be ready tomorrow by like 7 a.m. I'll pick you up and bring like 3 or 4 pairs of clothes."

"Okay bye" She hanged up the phone.

I got off the floor and put my phone into the music dock and put on Have Faith in Me from A Day to Remember. I walked over to computer and checked to see if The creatures had uploaded a video that was explaining that they were going to PAX east and where the fans should go meet them.

Man I hope I can meet the Creatures. They are the best group on YouTube! I have like every single creature shirt but what shirt should I wear tomorrow?

I walked over to my closet and inspected all of my shirts. Okay tomorrow I wear ImmortalHd shirt and all the other days I just might wear normal clothes.

"Hey Tiger what should I wear tomorrow? And all other days?" I asked Tiger, who was giving me a blank look then he went back cleaning himself. "Ugh of course you not going to reply you're a dang cat!"

Then all of the sudden I remember something. "Holy crap! I forgot to vlog!" I quickly bolted up and turned on my webcam and recorded the program.

"ANDDDDDD WELCOMMMEEE guys Starfox here." I grabbed my water and took a sip. "So this a little update. I will be going to PAX east tomorrow and as of now its 6'o clock and I have to wake up early tommorow ugh anyways at 4'clock tomorrow meet me at the front of building...." I picked up Tiger and put him next to my face. "Well guys I am going to go let me know down below in comments how your day is going and if you have any questions. I love to read y'all comments...NIGHT!" I blew a kiss at the camera then stopped recording.

Since I was 16, I started my own Vlogging/Gaming/sketches that I do once in awhile with my best friend, Alex. My gaming videos usually get the most views. I have 1000 subscribers and counting. My dream one day is to become big on YouTube and to get my mom and I out of this apartment and get a real house. As of now I am 17 and a senior in high school so one more year until I am able to put in all of my effort into YouTube and not worry about school.

*Knock Knock Knock*

The sound of my mother knocking interrupts me as I thought to myself. "Come in!" I yelled out.

My mother walks in with two white envelopes and hands it to me. "Here you go Ava, Its the PAX and airplane tickets."

I grabbed it and put it next to me. "Uh Mom, why is there two?" I asked looking at the packet that wasn't labeled.

"There's money in there."

I handed it back to her. "Mom I have my own money from work...Its bad enough that you had to buy the tickets."

"I know honey. But please just take the money."

"Okay fine. I will take the money Mom." I said sighing quietly to myself.

"I will see you tomorrow morning." My mom said as she walks out the room.

I stood there staring at the wall for a couple of minutes until I had remembered that I needed to upload the video so I signed in and uploaded the video. While waiting for it to upload, I played a couple of games like Garrymod, The Hidden, Prop Hunt, etc...so that my viewers will have some videos to watch while I was at PAX east but of course I will be uploading some vlogs of my own.

After recording and editing, I got up from my desk and noticed it was almost midnight. OH SNAP! I forgot I need to pack up my clothes and I don't even know what I'm wearing. But tomorrow is most important since I will be meeting the Creatures.

I ran over to my closet and threw out all of the clothes that I had in possession which wasn't very much since my mom does not make alot of money. I picked out my outfit for tomorrow which consists of a black beanie, a Nobs 4 Lyfe t-shirt, blue skinny jeans, and white high top vans.

As I was laying in bed staring at the ceiling excited for tomorrow, I picked up my phone to see two text messages from my boyfriend Bradley. Both of them asking why I wasn't replying back to him. I quickly replied back and went downstairs to get me some warm milk.

As I was getting milk, I heard a soft voice behind me which scared me causing me to almost drop my milk. I turned around quickly to see my brother standing there in his military fatigues holding his arms out.

"Ava." He quietly said stepping towards me.

"No." I chocked, stepping back.

"Please...Ava."

"NO! STAY BACK! YOU LEFT US MASON! YOU LEFT US!" I ran upstairs quietly sobbing and threw myself on the bed falling asleep instantly thinking of how my brother can just come back home when he left his family for the military.

Author's note: So what you think of Ava's brother coming back after he left his family for the military? Oh and by the way I'm thinking of time skipping to where she is in the Creatures but she's not dating anyone. Sorry for any confusion. I'll try to clear up some things. Thanks for reading.
