Well, you really opened the journal, didn't you? I'm glad! 

Hello, friends!

Let's start, then. My name is Ana Luisa, but everyone calls me Lu. I work on television and always loved to read and write. And solve puzzles, puzzles are the best!

I'm nothing without my friends and family, I love animals (especially my dogs&cats and otters, looove otters), lazy days watching TV series drinking apple juice and eating Oreos and travel with my favorite person on Earth to random unknown and undiscovered places listening to our favorite tunes. I have a lot of Hollywood crushes (too much really) but my main man is Benedict Cumberbatch (don't worry, I have main ladies too, several).

The idea of writing officially as a hobby has frequently been on my plans and goals but my maladroit and procrastinating ways always made me quit. I had several blogs as I grew up but nothing very significant - always ended up giving up and forgetting about how much joy and fulfillment writing brought to my life.

One year ago I moved out of my hometown to work and gain curricular experience but in the process I lost a part of myself, that spark that makes dreamers go beyond, letting the never-ending routine numb me to the bone. When the day came and watching tv series wasn't enough to make me complete, with the help of my favorite someone, I stopped feeling sorry for myself and thought about doing something about it.

Thus, this journal - a platform of expression directly from me to you.

Everything started with a fanfic idea that, you guessed it, I dropped. Hello, procrastination my old friend... I've come to talk with you again...

I'm currently working my way around a story that I resiliently want to share with you. Is a musically filled tale about a guy and a girl with ghosts of their past always creeping around. I'm planning loads of intrigue, smart characters and did I mention loads of music? I'm trying my best to make it as interesting to you as possible, so I'm taking some time to really get to know the characters, letting their voices get clearer in my head as each day goes by. And let me tell you, dear friends, they're talking loud and demand a lot of work! The guy is clear as water by now but the girl is super shy, she's a work in progress - I still have to find what makes her unique and special, worthy of your time.

In order to make progress in the story, I urgently need to get my writing fluids going and that is the main goal of this journal - to make me move, have a useful distraction. Of course, it is also a platform for you to know what I'm up to regarding the story. Because I know that the uploads will probably be sporadic and you deserve (and I need you) to demand new content and to be updated on my progress - or lack of it. 

Please be prepared to find lots of music  and rants about several everyday topics/problems as well - you can always let me know what you want me to write about, or read about, for example. Feel free to let me know!
