have a exercise app, when you do it has tons of fun exercises you can do! it may also help with tracking weight,height and health.

have a pedometer app, in this case pedometers make sure you know how much steps you take and how many miles you have gone.

make a fit journal, it doesn't matter if its an old notebook! fit journals help you organize exercises, how much have accomplished and so much more!!
