'The smile of the wolves' is a story in progress. It is about a forest of Wolves, and some have mystical powers.
There is one wolf that is not bad, nor good... She has a sythe for a weapon, and a soul for battle...
But that's not our worries...
We...
I'd breathe in slowly.. Feeling the icy cold air hit the back of my throat, almost making me want to cough. As cold as it was, the air was still oddly dry.. The frosty wind blew heavily against my thick, rough, fur, making me stumble against it. Letting out an irritated grunt, I'd continue crunching through the deep snow. Letting another cold breath out, I'd see a puff of white cloudy substance excape my slightly open mouth. It would soon after fade away, leaving me just staring at the spot where it used to be. My thin but fluffy tail would gently sweep against the frosty ground, picking up bits of snow. The dark grey fur I had made it easy to see me amongst snow and white surroundings; I was never used to living in such a freezing place. It was always dark in their cave-
"Hey!" "Earth to ShadowClaw?" A smol, angry, squeaky voice interrupted my thoughts.
It was SnowPelt.
ShadowClaw: "O-Oh, Yes SnowPelt? Were you saying something..?" My confused comment would just make SnowPelt grunt, and roll her eyes.
SnowPelt: "Ohhh,, nooo... I totally wasn't saying anything--" "OF COURSE I WAS TALKING YOU DUMMY!" SnowPelt would bark loudly, ruffling my fur. Then she'd sigh.
SnowPelt: "Alright.. Well, I was trying to ask you about the test. Do you think you'll pass?"
My ears would flick up.
ShadowClaw: "Oh. Uh. I'm not sure? I have high hopes though..."
A voice would sound up ahead.
"Hey! Are you two just going to dawdle all day? Hurry up!"
Both of us would look ahead to the yellow coated, red spotted wolf in the distance, almost hidden by snow. She'd speak again.
"C'mon! StreamSpirit doesn't have all day!" We'd hear her sigh. SnowPelt would quickly glance at me then trot forward through the snow. I'd follow her. After a few seconds, we'd catch up to the wolf..
Huh... I still don't think I know her name...?
ShadowClaw: "Hey, SnowPelt?" SnowPelt would look up at me.
SnowPelt: "Yeah?"
ShadowClaw: "What's her name again?" I'd flick my ears towards the yellow and red wolf in front of us. SnowPelt would narrow her eyes in deep thought.
SnowPelt: "I'm actually not quite sure.. You could just ask, though!" SnowPelt would look forward again, and so would I.
I'd walk a little faster toward the wolf, but before I could say anything, She'd abruptly stop.
"Here we are." She'd narrow her eyes a little. "The Training Arena.." SnowPelt and I would look up at the wide flat area covered with a thin layer of snow, a puddle of still warm water in the middle, and covered around snow covered trees.
I'd see SnowPelt's eyes sparkle at the beauty of the clearing. And I myself would gasp in awe at the perfectness.
SnowPelt: "It's so pretty!!!"
