Zahra- Scarred (chapt 3)

It was now lunch and I was making my way to the Library, it was hot outside and I hated it. My black jumper would attract so much heat it would burn so I stayed inside.

Lauren-ZAHRAAA!" she shouted singing my name with a smile

Me-Hi" I said smiling back

Her-you coming outside" she said approaching me

Me-mm I don't think so, it's really hot

Her-so your going to sit inside, in a library with no aircon?" she asked looking at me like I was insane

Me-well...

Her-just come" she linked her arm with mine and pulled me out side to the green under the big tree where the rest was already.

She then sat down pulling me down with her. It was almost like she was forcing me to be one of them.

Her-you guys I bought ice lollies" they all began grinning as she handed each and every one of them one ice lolly of their own.

Megan-are these poisoned

All of them-aliee

Lauren-No! Fine next time I wont be so nice

Gregory-nah nah, no one was complaining, it was just a question" he said smiling, she shook her head and gave me one

Me-thanks

Her-omg did you hear steph

Stephanie- What what!

Lauren-Jade is coming back from Trinidad tomorrow

Stephanie-:O Don't liee!

Lauren-yeah and she's coming here" Stephanie began celebrating

Stephanie-oooo, I can't wait. Soon as I see her I'm gonna hook her up with a lighty then hit a rave

Lauren-alie!" they both laughed.

I just sat their silent listening to their convo's all through lunch.

They kindly ignored me instead of screwing me or whispering amongst themselves.

It was finally the end of the day and I was leaving school with them.

Lauren-them lot are coming mine, you coming?

Me-nah, I have to go home and cook. My mum's not coming back tonight" she looked at me serious

Her-you should stay at mine just incase he decides to take it too far

Me-no, no it's okay. I can handle him

Her-no come, I can't let you...

Me-Lauren it's okay. I'll be fine" she stared at me for long

Her-okay, well if you still want to come over later just call me yeah. Remember I'm here for you." I nodded

She then gave me a hug.

Her-I'll call you later yeah

Me-alright

Her-well bye dude" she said smiling

Me-bye" we then walked our separate ways as I walked home.

I soon got in to an empty house. I ran upstairs and got changed into some jeans and a top. I pushed my hair up and tied it into a pony tail, I should cut my hair. What am I thinking dad would never approve.

I sighed and went downstairs as mum walked through the door. I stared at her confused

Me-mum, I thought you wasn't coming home
