Chapter one: Worried?

Hey guys! Just a quick warning, some chapters are going to have explicit language, probably sexual scenes, and other stuff.

I was laying in bed, watching That's So Raven when I heard my mom yell-

"I'm going to the grocery store, don't leave or let anyone in while I'm gone!"

"K mom!!" I replied back with popcorn still in my mouth. I continued stuffing my face until I  realized i ran out of popcorn. I got up with my empty bowl, and went in the kitchen.

I was making more popcorn till I heard my phone go off.

"New Message From Anonymous"

I opened my phone and read-

"Watch your Back, Cher. Karma's going to hit you like a b*tch. "

I rolled my eyes and deleted the text. Trolls always text me and it gets on my nerves.

I jumped when I heard the microwave go off. I guess I zoned out for a bit. I emptied the popcorn into the bowl and went back to my room, continuing watching T.v.

          3 HOURS LATER

I looked at my phone and realized what time it is, I called my mom and immediately it went to voicemail.

" Hey mom, call me back when you get this. I hope your ok, you've been gone for a long time.. call me back, byye"

I felt uneasy about this whole situation. I don't know why, but I hope she's safe and ok

         2 HOURS LATER

I heard a noise downstairs, like someone opening the door, bulging in. I immediately get scared and wary.

Then I heard them come up the stairs, fast.

I squirmed around until I hid on the side of my bed that's facing the other way from the door.

The footsteps were coming near me, then I saw- mom?
