| Alexia's P.o.v. |

I hear the sound of a truck coming closer to where I am. I look up from my phone where I'm sitting which on a chair on my porch. I see a moving truck coming down the street. I watched it to see where it was heading to. Next thing I know, it stops next door to me. Someone is already moving in?
It brought back the memories from the 'goodbyes' me and my best friend Cameron said to each other.  It made me sad realizing I have no friends now. Literally he was my only friend, a true friend if I should mention. Now who am I going to talk to!?
I snap out of my thoughts and looked up at the new couple that pulled up into the driveway of their new home.
They look so young, maybe there're boyfriend and girlfriend? I kept starring because I wanted to be nosy. I saw the guy, who is kind of attractive, look up at me and waved with a huge smile on his face. My heart stopped and I waved back. It was the most awkward wave but I went along with it. His girlfriend, I'm assuming, saw us say our hellos and she tapped him to get his attention. He looked away and they started talking.
"Oh, the new neighbors, eh?"
I heard my mom say out of no where. I jumped.
"Yea"
I simply replied.
"We should go say hi, get to know them"
She said.
My mom is too nice sometimes.
"Uh I don't know"
I say.
She is now looking down at me with furrowed eyebrows.
"Why are you so shy all the sudden?"
She said with a smirk.
"Oo, you think he's cute!"
She continued.
My eyes widen.
"What! No! Why do you think that?"
I asked trying to play it off.
"Honey, don't lie, I know you"
She laughed.
I chuckled and rolled my eyes playfully.
"Okay, yeah but don't make it obvious "
I said.
I hope she doesn't embarrass me!
"Hon, he's older than you. He will find you as an adorable sister"
She continued.
My jaw dropped.
"Mom! That's not good"
I laughed.
She laughed too.
"Well I'll be back real quick, I'm going to get some of the cookies I just baked to give it to them" ...
They were getting boxes out of the truck.
"Hello! I'm Rosa! "
My mom said putting her free hand out.
He smiled and so did the girl.
"Hello, nice to meet you Rosa! I'm Louis and this is my wife, Rebecca"
He said while shaking my moms hand, Rebecca did too.
Wow, louis. I like that.
"And what's this young lady's name here?"
Louis asked while putting his hand out.
I smiled shyly.
"I'm Alexia"
I said and shook his hand.
He smiled.
"Nice to meet you Alexia"
He said still shaking my hand and starring into my eyes.
His eyes are so beautiful. Their green with a hints of blue.
"WELL, are you guys our neighbors?"
I heard Rebecca say.
I rolled my eyes on the inside. There's something about her that I don't like.
"Yes we are! We brought you some chocolate chip cookies!"
My mom said while handing the plate to Rebecca.
"Wow! That's very nice of you, Rosa! Thank you"
Louis said.
"If you guys want, you can join us for dinner tomorrow night!"
My mom offered.
Louis smiled bigger. Rebecca had a fake smile.
"That would be great! Can't wait for tomorrow"
Louis said while giving my mom a hug. I want to hug his muscles too!
Mom, make him hug me!
"Well if you have any questions, were right next door"
I say, surprisingly.
"Yes! If you guys need help with something, don't be shy!"
My mom continued.
Rebecca and Louis smiled.
"Thank you so much"
Rebecca said hugging my mom and then me.
Shocking.
I can't believe how pretty she is. It makes me jealous that Louis is with her.
