Fixing The "Unbroken" |YOONMIN|

Part Three

After my "small" crying session and after I finished washing myself, I stood stark naked in the middle of the bathroom drying myself with a towel.

Let me tell you about this towel.
To me, it was the softest, warmest, most luxurious towel I had ever felt on my skin. It truly was heaven on earth. My enjoyment came to a screechung halt when it dawned on me that I would have to leave the comfort of the hospital bathroom soon. A small whine escaped my lips and I got dressed in the white tshirt and grey sweatpants that had been left out for me, hiding my tail within the clothes.

I picked up my sopping wet clothes and put them in the towel, carrying it outside, where I was surprised to find Namjoon waiting.

"All done? I'll take those for you if you'd like." He stated politely.

"Oh, um, thank you Namjoonie." I replied, a mixture of gratefulness and confusion in my voice. The blond butler took the bundle from me and shoved it down a shoot leading to who knows where. 

He smiled at me and beckoned me to follow him down the hall and into a dining room where the pale man from before was, scrolling through something on his phone. I grimaced as a flash of dinners at the lab would be like. The chains, the cold floor, the- I shook my head to rid myself of the thoughts. I sat across the small table from the man, keeping my head down and muttering a small thank you as Namjoon served us our plates.

To any other person, the food was nothing special. It was just some warm chicken noodle soup with toasted slices of bread on the side. But to me... I almost cried at the beautiful sight. Never had I been so happy, after so much pain and suffering, this soup was a blessing.

"Am I allowed to eat, sir?" I asked, my voice shaking slightly.

"Oh uh yeah go ahead? Also call me Yoongi please. No need for formalities." He said as he set his phone face down on the table and beginning to eat. "Mm Seokjin never fails to impress."

I picked up the spoon hesitantly and ate the spoonful of soup, instantly forgetting my worry about this Yoongi poisoning me or hurting me later. All I cared about at the moment was enjoying this small victory.

What I didn't notice was Yoongi staring at me, sadness behind his eyes as he watched me basically devour the soup.

"Have you decided on a name yet?" He spoke calmly, looking up at me.

"Have I decided on a name?" My head tilted slightly, not understanding what he meant.

"Yes. You said you didn't have a name, so pick one."

I thought for a bit. There was a blank in my brain and then a single name popped into my head.

"Jimin."

He nodded, taking his final bite of bread. "Jimin it is. Are you done? Ill show you to your room." He stood up, walking off and not bothering to wait for me. I scurried after him, trying to keep up.

"Um, Y-Yoongi? If you dont mind, I'd like to know what your plan for me is? I wont try to escape, I just want to know so I can brace myself..." I asked in a small voice.

He stopped dead in his tracks. He spun on his heel, looking at ny face, trying to decipher what I was getting at.

"Jimin-ah. I don't plan on hurting you or harming you in any way, if thats what you think. I dont know where you came from or what you were doing in those woods at this hour but I do know that you need more food in you and a good night's rest." He said with a straight face, showing he meant business.

I nodded quickly, not wanted to anger him. "Im sorry, Im sorry. Ill sleep as soon as I can."

He nodded once again, opening the door to the room on his right and letting me inside. "My room is next door if you need anything."

I said thank you and crawled onto the bed after he closed the door. This bed, all to myself? I was dreaming for certain but at this point, I didn't care anymore. I wanted to enjoy this dream for as long as I could. Let me cherish everything here before I have to go back to my cruel reality.

That being said, I slowly drifted off to the best sleep I had ever had in my mediocre life. I was finally free.
