At school I can give a speech and talk in front of the class easily. I can play orchestra concerts with only a little nerve which I can quickly get over, but whenever I'm around my family I feel like I'm about to vomit not like my regular family that I see every day but like aunt's and uncle's. There has to be like 10 relatives in the house at once but once there are I just feel sick
