By J.L. Moore
(07/20/2017)A life cut short,
In the blink of an eye...
Did you ask for help?
Did you even try?You must have been numb,
You have left us that way...
We want you back,
Why didn't you stay? You gave us words,
That ate our souls.
You've left us...now,
Who will fill these holes?Did we not hear,
Your silent scream?
Will we wake up,
And find this a dream?Your earthly voice is silent,
With the angels it now sings.
We won't forget you,
Your memory forever rings.RIP - Chester Bennington, I hope you have found the peace you could not find here.
