It was the first day of senior year.I didn't know what to expect all I was hoping for is to pass and do good this year without anyone stepping in my way.I'm doing whatever it takes to succeed.
I got up and got ready for school.When I was done I went downstairs.My grandma was cooking some breakfast it smelled bomb.
"Mhm Grandma I see you cooking up a storm smells good!" I said kissing her on the cheek.
"Aww thanks Marie,you want some?"
"Thanks Grandma but I gotta get leaving for school I'll get some food on the way.The boys will probably eat it knowing them,speaking..where are they?"
"Marie they left early they we're to excited for there first day of Middle School that they had to go 10 minutes early"She said smiling
"Nerds I tell you just like there Daddy hahaha well I gotta go bye Grandma love you"
"Bye Marie!"
I got in my Volkswagon and headed to pick up my bestie Vanessa she is mad crazy that's why I love her we've met back in 9th grade now we're just best friends, she has my back so I got hers.I drove up to her house.She came out I got out of the car and ran and gave her a hug "Ahh Nessa!!" she smiled "Marie!I missed you girl!" we got in the car and we're on are way.
"So guess what happen at Dontay's party?" Nessa said.I shook my head she always gotta story to tell.
"What?"
"So me and this boy was dancing and then I spotted this SEXY as HELL SEXY boy.I heard it's Dontay's cousin he's suppose to be coming to our school.Better be on the look out he would look too cute with you" She winked
I rolled my eyes "Vannessa,you know I'm not looking for no boy,unless he know how to"I put two fingers up "treat a girl right and be faithful those two descriptions are hard to find I bet he a player like the rest."I said shaking my head.
Vannessa looked at me "Like Brandon?"
Brandon is my ex he was amazing at first till he cheated on me after that I couldn't trust no boy.He still tried to get back at me but that's not going to happen he's the ex for a reason.
"Don't bring up that unfaithful lying dog."
Vannessa laughed "Okay I'm sorry!!"
I turned on the radio and "Ain't Thinkin Bout U" was on I bumped it and drove to school
