"But dad" I said giving him the best puppy eyes i could.
"Don't give me that look it doesn't work on me!" he lets out a soft sigh "it's not just about you, its also about the family business ,try to understand Cass, please for my sake."
If i was a cartoon character there would be smoke coming out of my head! How can he expect me to marry Valentino!
"Dad" i began slowly "You know i love you, but i haven't even finish my senior year at high school let alone college and you're talking about marriage with Tino!" my voice boomed at the end "sure his my best friend since childhood but IT ALL DOESN'T FEEL RIGHT! I want to be independent, visit places ,meet new people, live my life ,fulfil my dreams and the settle down into marriage! "
"Me preocupo por ti cariño y no quiero ningún daño para venir a usted ,por favor entiéndeme"
(<meaning>I care about you sweetheart and i dont want any harm to come to you please understand me.)
he said in a thick spanish accent.
"No papá! No puedo!" I stormed out of the room crying.
