The sun was down. The Mountain was in it's silhouette form. The sea was calm and the water was warm. All those things reminded me of you and when I first and last met you.

At that time I saw your face beautiful like an angel, walking towards the water with your life saver with you. I saw your eyes were full of happiness and your tan color of yours suits you. You genuinely laughed while playing with the water.

"Wow, she is really beautiful." I whispered to myself.

I didn't know why I felt butterflies in my stomach. I just know that I was captivated by you. I am normally shy to the new people but I made my mind to tell you what I feel towards you. I walked towards where you are,  I was thinking if I will tap you in the shoulder or not.

Should I continue this or not? I said in my mind.

No, I should tell her. I contradicted.

So I breathed in and breathed out I tapped your shoulder and you looked at me innocently.

"I like you!" I said bluntly.

"Like me? I don't even know you." you said with disbelief.

And you ran faraway from me. I was shocked the way you reacted towards me instead of being flattered, you rejected me immediately. I looked in the direction where you ran away and saw a man walking towards you. He was talking to you and you frowned while talking to the man. I was just watching and standing from distant the someone tapped my shoulder. I looked behind and saw my older cousin.

"Hey! why are you sad?" he asked.

"I got rejected by a girl" I said bitterly.

"What's the reason the?" He ask again.

"She said she didn't even know me." I said.

"Why not play with her or tease her so she could know you, maybe just then you will get close to her." he suggested.

I found and saw you again playing in the water with your life saver with you. I moved closely to you and took your life saver.

"Hey, that is mine." You said while annoyed.

"Then chase it then." I said.

I ran away and you chase me in order to get your life saver. I was happy that you took noticed of me and hoping that you and I will be close. As you got close to reach out the life saver I passed it to my cousin.

"Hey kuya Richard catch." I said while passing it to my older cousin.

My cousin caught  it and you went towards him. We continue to tease you then somebody yell at us.

"Hey! You two give her the  life saver!"

I was shocked with the voice and got scared so I gave the life saver that belongs to you. You ran towards the woman and you greet her with a smile.

"Mom, where will you go?" you asked her.

"I will go there." Your mother said while pointing the end of the seaside.

"Can I go with you?" you asked for permission.

"No, go to the cottage and clean up yourself." Your mother ordered to you.

"Okay." you said and did what she ordered you to do.

As you walked faraway, I took glance to you for the last time and hoping for the next summer will come.

Every summer I was hoping to see you again but fate was not on my side because I never saw you again. 

"Hey! Mark! Are you thinking about that first crush of yours again." My cousin ask.

"Kinda." I said shyly while scratching my head.

"Forget her Mark. That is so seven years ago, you will never get to see her again. Look at you, your handsome you will meet a lot of girls more beautiful than her." he said.

"She's different." I contradicted him.

"Well suit yourself. Don't blame me if you become an old bachelor." he teased while walking away.

I look at the view once more and think what my older cousin advise me to do.

Maybe he is right. I should forget her. I think I could never see her again. I said to myself.

As I turn around I take notice of a voice.

"Elijah! Get down here look at the view, it looks like the way we see it seven years ago!" the lady said with the camera while waving her hands.

She looks familiar. I said to myself but I didn't mind the lady.

"Hey, Ate Iya wait for me!"

I look at the location of the voice and find a teenage girl with a tan color running. Her long wavy hair catches the wind and her eyes sparkles with happiness. Every thing slows down and I feel the butterflies in my stomach again.

I found her at last, my long lost angel.
