Meet Haley, she's hilarious and a sweetheart to everyone, especially her friends. With the exception of Ashton. She's a complete ass to him.
Ashton is one of the sweetest and most down to earth guys you'll ever meet. He'd do anything for the people he cares about. Yet, he's an asshole to Haley.
Ashton and Haley are "friends", meaning they avoid each other as much as possible and have learned how to put up with each other because they have the same friends and those friends just so happen to be a very close-knit group. It's the only reason why they ever even communicate with each other.
Their friends want them to just get along because they know things that aren't spoken of, but could they ever get along?

this fic is very cliché but i LOVE clichés and i love this story so i hope it's at least a good cliché and not a cringey one.
just a warning: this fic starts off very slow and short and a little boring but i think it starts improving a lot by chapter five because it gets more interesting and the chapters get longer.
i did have this fic up in like 2015 but i unpublished the original story and rewrote it as a new one because i wrote it so long ago and i only had the intro published and when i wanted to actually start this, it had been published for so long that it wouldn't get any reads. i loved the idea and the few events i had planned and written out so that's why i made this new one. i hope you all enjoy this new and improved version!!
