Barry's POV

"Barry,I love you"Iris cried out to me that night right in the clutches of savitar

"Don't say that,your gonna be fine,okay?'I said back to her but sounded not convincing.

"You lose barry."

"No!"I screamed.

And that was when time had stopped.I was powerless against him,running to save the love of my life,while he just stood there,taunting as ever ready to kill her.And in a flick of a second,his blade was out and he stabbed her at her heart.And as quick as the moment started it came to a stop.Time had resumed as normal,in a blinding flash of light,the god of speed had ran and her body started to become limp and i caught her just before she fell to the ground.

"Iris!"

"..."

"IRIS!!"

"..."

"Come back to me!!"

"Please..."This time it came out more as a sob that a shout as I burried my face into the crook of her neck,smelling the light scent of perfume that she puts on everyday.

Right there,I realized that she was no longer with me on this world and I was all alone without the love of my life.Her smile that was bright as the sun and could tug a smile on your own face when you were in a sour mood were no longer with me.I was all alone in the world and I felt as defenseless as ever.That was when the hands of my friends surrounded me,trying to pull me away from her body,where once a bright and cheerful once lived.On the trip back, everything was a blur to me,all that I could think of was her words to me before she died "Barry,I love you"

Kara's POV

"Alex,how long does he have?"I asked my sister who was on the other side of my comm.

"Not long Kara,you have to get him out of here before the lead poisons him."She replied,worry emminent in her voice.

"But where can I take him?"I asked panicking

"I don't know Kara,most of Earth's atmosphere is already covered in lead,he dosen't have long"she replied

"Then there is only one option left to do,Alex you know what to do"I said to my sister.

"Are you sure Kara?If he leaves,he can never return to Earth"she asked

"I am sure.Get it ready."I said half sobbing as I half carried half supported Mon-el to the spaceship that i arrived in.By the time we arrived at my spaceship Mon-El was already in a coughing fit.

"Listen to me, this will help keep you safe"I said as I gave him the amulet my mom gave to me when I left krypton.

"No,kara...I can't leave you"he said

"You need to go,please..."I said,tears streaming down my cheeks.

"I love you"he said to me

"I love you too"I said to him

And we kissed for the last time ever.

"Now go"I said to him

He got into the ship and the glass surrounded him.He put his hand on the glass panel and I met my hand with his.And then the ship owered on and then he was gone.The love of my life...gone,lost in space and time unable to return to earth forever.

It was then I realized that there was no one left with me...

I was alone.

Cisco's POV

Everything here is different now,ever since Iris had been killed,Barry has been different,he dosen't go back home or anywhere else to be honest.All he does now is sit in the time vault wallowing in his own despair except for going to visit Iris's grave everyday.Iris....Even her name is so difficult to think about.She was like

a good friend to me.She often reminded me of myself when I first got to S.T.A.R Labs and was finding a place for myself and so I decided to help her out.

Ever since the fiasco,Barry had shut down team flash and now it's just me,wally and caitlin doing everything we can to keep the city safe.But it is not enough,now that metas know that the flash is gone,they are all coming out of the shadows and Wally isn't ready to take them on yet.

Suddenly,the security system was on the fritz,blipping and all.What I saw was totally impossible,immediately I took ahold of the microphone and tried to signal to barry

"Barry,we need you now!!!"

"Savitar is here"
