I was running. I couldn't stop running. I had to keep running. Their scent made its way into my nostrils. The scent I had grew up with had turned on me. I could hear growls and thundering paw steps. The trees and bushes blurred as I ran past. I didn't focus on them. If I saw the outline of an object I just dodged it. There would be consequences if I slowed down. In my panic I didn't sense another pack. The paw steps stopped and faded gradually. I began to slow down. I looked around. I was in a clearing, perfectly circled by tall, healthy trees. I released a breath I didn't know I was holding. I collapsed into a pitiful heap and began to catch my breath. I was in too much shock to think about what happened. I lied on the cool, luscious, green grass for what felt like 20 minutes. I slowly sat up and looked down at my hindquarters. They were bloody.

I got up. I had to keep moving. As much as I'd like to just sleep here I just couldn't. It was much too dangerous. If it wasn't for them ceasing the chase, I would probably be caught and brought back to.. Him.. I shuddered. I began to walk opposite from where I came, straight forward. Something stopped me dead in my tracks. "Rogue!" I heard a shout. My instincts took over and I began to run. "Stop!" "Halt!" I kept running but I was weak. I was leaped on top of in no time. I began to try and push the larger wolf off of me. "W-was it one of  his wolves?" I didn't know. I was scared.

A heavy paw was placed on my throat. "Stop." A cool, calm voice said. I looked up and instantly realized he was from another pack. I whimpered pathetically and exposed my throat, surrendering. "Transform." He said. "I-I don't have a shirt.." I said. He rolled his eyes and transformed. He reached into a satchel that was around him. "Here. Use mine." I looked towards a tree and back at him, not wanting to be naked in front of him or his buddies. They all transformed. Had the circumstances not been what they were, I would've stared. They all were tall, well-built, and handsome. He looked at me then the tree and knew instantly. His thick black eyebrows furrowed, his grey-blue gaze cold. "Fine. But don't even try and think about running off. Especially since you got my favorite shirt." My ears flattened at the statement out of embarrassment.

I went behind the tree and transformed and quickly put his shirt on. It smelled nice. It was some sort of cologne but I wasn't sure what it was. I came back out looking at my hands and the ground. I made my way back to them. "T-thanks." I stuttered. His shirt was like a dress on me. It came to my mid-thigh. One of his pack members looked me up and down. He was a ginger. His soft hair shined gold against the sunlight. His brown eyes looked at my face, my stomach, and my thighs.. Wait.. He was looking at my thighs!?  I crossed my legs in an effort to hide, but he must of already saw it. His eyes widened. "There's blood on her thighs Onyx!" He looked towards Mr. Monotony who must of been Onyx. He did look like an onyx. He had a stony look with black, teased hair that was side swept on his pale face. He looked down but saw nothing. "Show me." He demanded. I didn't move. He took a step closer and knelled down. "Show me. It's okay." He sighed. He obviously wasn't used to being gentle but it got me to show. He examined the blood. "Come. We will get you checked out by the medic." I began to walk, staring at my feet. Another person with short black hair that had said nothing the whole time placed a hand lightly on my back and gently pushed me forwards with them as we walked. His hair was kinda spiky and short and looked wet with hair gel. He had 2 lip piercings; snakebites to be exact. They were studs but they fit his tan face. "What happened?" Onyx asked. I remained silent, trying to ignore exactly why there was blood on me. They decided not to probe any further with the blood.

As we walked through the clearing, Onyx spoke up. "You smell of another pack.. Did you come from another pack?" I hesitated. "Yes." He nodded, and began to probe more. "What pack?" I sighed. "Coal." "Coal Pack? I think I've heard of them before. My name is Ace, by the way." Said the snakebite guy. "What's yours?" "Vanilla." I replied. He looked at me and gave me a hopeful smile. I like Ace. He seems really optimistic and nice. The man with golden orange hair spoke up. "My name is Topaz." He said. "This guy must be shy."  "My name is Onyx." Onyx informed. After about 5 minutes I began to get tired. Who wouldn't after what happened. I began to lag behind. Onyx looked back towards me with emotionless eyes. "You coming?" I tried to pick up the pace. "S-sorry." I was caught off guard when he came back to me and scooped me up. "Thanks.. Again.." I said shyly. He shrugged and caught up with his pack mates. I got really comfy. His chest was hard as a rock due to his muscles. Still comfy though. "I'm only carrying you because you could be injured.." He looked up. I could tell that this got to him.

It began to get dark and storm clouds began to roll in. I liked storms and clouds. Just not at night. Storms at night scare me. I looked into the distance and saw a Victorian style mansion. "Is that your pack house?" I inquired, amazed. It was stunning. It was a huge, sand colored mansion decorated with little black swirls, railings, and roofs. On either side were what looked like apartments. Onyx put me down and Ace bent down and looked at the view with me and outstretched his hand, showing off his home. "Welcome to StarGleam Pack, Vanilla!"

Hi anyone who read this. This is my first werewolf story so I hope it's okay. Other stories I've read drug me to liking werewolf stories so I decided to make one of my own. I've thrown in a few changes of my own because it is  my story. Nothing too major though. The plot may not be realistic, but if there's mythical creatures in it realism shouldn't be 100% expected. Not the best at writing stories, but I take criticism with grace unless it is rude, unfair, or just downright mean. If there are any mistakes (grammar/spelling) please tell me. Leave a comment and tell me what you think. If people want me to update feel free to tell me. It inspires me and gives me motivation. Just please don't demand. Thanks!
