Today I wonder
Why good things must end
and bad things sprout anew
Why must the ones
we cherish most
lose their favorite few?
I have lost
but not so much
that my whole world crumbles
But I will
and join my friends
in events that truly humble
Nothing lasts
not forever
everyone knows this true
I still can't wait
till this sorrow ends
and the injured may pull through
Today I wonder
when my loves will end
and their deaths will haunt me too
But today I live
and decide cherish it so
waiting for the day I join the lost
