Basic guide to quantum mechanics

This... subject is very........ complicated to say the least.
All I know is the ABSOLUTE BASIC eg;
Quantum entanglement is when 2 objects are entangled they will always display a inverted state to the other at an instant (basically teleportation of information just infinity times the speed of light. May be overshooting for it being that much faster).
Quantum state(not sure if it's called that but ah well) You know how Pi has infinite digits but is between 3 and 4? It's a bit like that, the difference is you can't measure a particle or electron while in quantum state otherwise it will chose between spin up and spin down.
Quantum cooling: works with helium 3 and 4. I can't remember the ratio of helium 3 and 4. Veratasium explains this in a video but it is pretty old, sorry for any inconvenience.
